    Push-Button Safety Covers

Lock out the on/off or emergency-stop buttons on machinery to prevent accidental or unauthorized startups, such as during maintenance. These lockout covers secure with padlocks and indicate to workers that a button is off for safety. By disabling push buttons, these safety covers also help you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout requirements for maintaining machinery.

    Pry-Resistant Crossbars

Image of Product. Front orientation. Push Bars. Pry-Resistant Crossbars.
Able to withstand vandalism better than other crossbars, these mortise mount into a cutout in the door. Crossbars have a traditional design that is common in older installations. They open doors with a push and are often used on emergency exits. You can use them alone or mount an optional handle on the outside of the door. All can be cut to fit a range of door widths.
To determine door swing direction, stand on the side of the door where it swings away from you. If it opens to the right, select a right crossbar; if it opens to the left, select a left crossbar. Latch bolt projection is the length the latch bolt extends from the door's edge.

    Door Locking Bars

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Door Locking Bars.
Protect your door from forced entry. These bars mount across doorways for extra security on top of standard door locks. Originally designed to secure office doors on construction sites, they’re powder-coated steel so they're strong and weather resistant. A cover keeps dust and debris from entering the lock, preventing it from freezing, corroding, and jamming. Fasten the mounts on each side of the door frame with the included hardware—only the bar is removed when unlocking them. They’re compatible with outward-swinging doors only.
