Design-Your-Own Long-Reach Dippers
Pick a handle, snap on a container, and you’re ready to scoop samples. These dippers have a telescoping handle, so you can reach vats, tanks, and ponds from feet away. Made of aluminum, the handle is lightweight and resists corrosion.
Metal Scoops
More durable and easier to clean than plastic scoops, these metal scoops can be used to move, measure, or dispense bulk materials.
Flat-bottom scoops can rest flat on a surface, so they can be used as weigh boats to measure samples.
Aluminum scoops are lightweight, but less durable than galvanized or stainless steel. They resist corrosion in wet environments.
Scoops with graduation marks let you measure exact quantities. They're shaped like a jug, so you can carry them upright to avoid spills.
Create-a-Vacuum Fittings
Connect these fittings to a vacuum cup and compressed air source to create a vacuum-generating system. They are also known as venturi devices.

Accessories and Replacement Parts for Vacuum Lifters
Use sensors, vacuum lifter mounts, and robot adapter plates to add functionality or replace worn cups, pads, and other parts to extend the life of your vacuum lifters.
Use vacuum lifter mounts to connect vacuum lifters to T-slotted framing. Add vacuum cups (not included) to use them as end-of-arm tooling to grip, lift, and move materials. Attach the mounts to a vacuum lifter and run tubing through the hollow body. The kits include three vacuum lifter mounts, a 3" quad rail, and an ISO mounting plate.

Robot-Ready Electric Vacuum Lifters
Pick up and move items using suction created by electricity—a good option when compressed air isn't available. Choose from complete kits that include everything you need to connect to your robot and start moving items, or individual components to build your own assembly and replace parts.

Robot tool mounts attach lifters to your robot's wrist. Some have standard ISO mounting patterns that match the patterns on most robot arms. If you don't see your robot model number listed, measure the bolt circle diameter to determine mounting compatibility.

Cup mounts connect cups to the vacuum generator. Cup mounts with a quick-release clamp make it easy to switch out cup assemblies. They're often used in job shops that switch tasks frequently.

Vacuum Cup Levelers
Save time aligning your vacuum cups manually between pick-and-place tasks. Also known as spring plungers, these levelers use a spring to automatically adjust for height and alignment differences with each stroke. Because the spring also creates a gentle point of contact with your object, these levelers help your vacuum cups last longer. They don’t rotate, so your object will stay in the same position—use them in repetitive vacuum lifting applications where precision is required.
Choose levelers based on the required stroke length and thread compatibility with your cup and system. Tighten the mounting nuts on the body to secure them in a panel or to a mounting bracket.
Aluminum levers are a good choice for end-of-arm tooling. Thanks to their light weight, they allow for faster cycle times than brass and stainless steel levelers.

Suction-Cup Holders
Designed for temporary mounting on smooth, nonporous surfaces, these suction-cup holders are easy to remove and reposition. They have an unthreaded through hole that can be tapped to your desired thread size.
Pair Style A with the 40 mm long optional threaded rod, or create a custom holder using any item with an M8 × 1.25 mm thread, such as a camera mount.
Metering Container-Mount Oil Dispensers
Equipped with a flowmeter/totalizer, this dispenser displays both flow rate and cumulative flow volume of the oil dispensed. Mount it to your drum of oil. It's smaller and more portable than air-powered container-mount dispensers, making it good for refilling gear boxes and transmissions. The container is not included.
