Fill the cover with grease and then screw it onto the bowl. As you tighten the cover, grease is squeezed out of the bowl and into your joint, bearing, or equipment.

With a hand pump that quickly creates a strong vacuum seal, these lifters can hold heavier loads than push-to-grip lifters. Use them on mirrors, metal sheets, and other nonporous surfaces. You can hold items either horizontally or vertically. An indicator line appears on the pump if you lose suction—pump the lifter until it disappears and it’s safe to lift again.

Warning: Never use to lift items over people.

Deliver a mist of oil using shop air. A knob on the handle adjusts the amount of oil dispensed. Twist the dispensing tip to adjust the spray pattern. Flow rate depends on temperature.

Save time aligning your vacuum cups manually between pick-and-place tasks. Also known as spring plungers, these levelers use a spring to automatically adjust for height and alignment differences with each stroke. Because the spring also creates a gentle point of contact with your object, these levelers help your vacuum cups last longer. They don’t rotate, so your object will stay in the same position—use them in repetitive vacuum lifting applications where precision is required.

Choose levelers based on the required stroke length and thread compatibility with your cup and system. Tighten the mounting nuts on the body to secure them in a panel or to a mounting bracket.
