Vacuum Holders
Designed for temporary mounting on smooth, nonporous surfaces, these vacuum holders are easy to remove and reposition. They have an unthreaded through hole that can be tapped to your desired thread size.
Pair Style A with the 40 mm long optional threaded rod, or create a custom holder using any item with an M8 × 1.25 mm thread, such as a camera mount.

Anti-Slip Adapters for Non-Contact Vacuum Lifters
Stick these adapters onto Non-Contact Vacuum Lifters to create a soft area for your workpiece to touch while it’s in motion. These rubber discs gently press against your object, adding enough friction to keep it from slipping and dropping. Choose an adapter that matches the manufacturer and model number of your vacuum lifter.

Create-a-Vacuum Fittings

Robot-Ready Electric Vacuum Lifters
Pick up and move items using suction created by electricity—a good option when compressed air isn't available. Choose from complete kits that include everything you need to connect to your robot and start moving items, or individual components to build your own assembly and replace parts.

Vacuum generators take electricity and create suction. They monitor the vacuum level, the position of your object, and the lifter's grip, and send this information to your robot controller. These generators don’t have pinch points or sharp edges, so you can use them on robots that will be near people. They help you meet ISO/TS 15066 international safety standards. Generators with hardwire connection have a terminal block for connecting it to your controller. To quickly plug and unplug from your controller, choose a generator with plug connection.

Vacuum Pads for Uneven Surfaces
Connect these pads to your vacuum system to lift and move textured items that standard vacuum cups can’t pick up. Made from spongy neoprene foam, they conform to uneven surfaces without damaging them. The fittings are brass with a nickel plating to resist corrosion.
Pads with a threaded connection screw directly onto male air fittings.
Push pads with a barbed connection onto an air hose and secure with a clamp (not included).
When the foam pads become worn, pull them out of the fitting and push in a replacement pad.

Static-Control Vacuum Pads for Uneven Surfaces
Drain static charges from electronics and other sensitive, textured items as you lift and move them with your vacuum system. Made from soft, conductive neoprene foam, these pads gently conform to uneven surfaces while diverting static away from your item. Use them for applications where static buildup is a concern, such as assembling and packing circuit boards. The stainless steel fittings are lightweight and corrosion resistant.
When the foam pads become worn, pull them out of the fitting and push in a replacement pad.

Vacuum Cup Levelers
Also known as spring plungers, these fittings are spring-loaded to accommodate items with variable heights. Tighten the mounting nuts to secure the leveler in a panel or bracket.

Vacuum Lifting Air Cylinders
Combine the lifting power of a vacuum with the actuation of an air cylinder to automate processes such as pick and place. With a hollow rod that’s threaded to connect to a vacuum pad, these cylinders let you move items with suction. They’re double acting, meaning they pull loads as well as push them, and do so with equal force. Mount them directly to equipment or with attachments (not included) using the threaded through-holes on the face and sides of the body.
The piston is magnetic, so you can use these cylinders with sensors (not included) to activate relays and controllers. When the piston moves past a sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—one for each action you want to trigger.
