    Oil-Resistant Aramid-Reinforced Buna-N Made-to-Order Gaskets

    Send us a DXF file and we'll precision cut gaskets to your exact shape and size. Aramid-reinforced Buna-N resists oil and aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as ethylene. Embedded aramid fibers add strength and blowout resistance for higher pressures than non-reinforced Buna-N.
    First select a thickness, then choose a sheet size large enough to accommodate your gasket. Gasket cross section and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.093". Depending on gasket size, we'll send as many same-design gaskets as a sheet will yield. 12"x12" sheets yield up to 20 gaskets; 24"x24" sheets yield up to 40.

    Chemical-Resistant Viton® Fluoroelastomer Made-to-Order Gaskets

    Send us your DXF file and we'll precision cut a unique gasket shape or size to your specifications. There are no tooling costs and no minimum order quantity. Viton fluoroelastomer resists boric acid, citric acid, isopropyl alcohol, fuel, oil, and transmission fluid. That makes these gaskets well suited for chemical processing, fuel systems, and automotive applications where lesser elastomers would swell or degrade. Viton also maintains a reliable seal across a wide temperature range, outperforming nitrile and neoprene in high-heat environments.
    Gaskets are cut from sheets in two available sizes. Each sheet yields as many same-design gaskets as the layout allows. A 12" x 12" sheet yields up to 20 gaskets; a 24" x 24" sheet yields up to 40. Gasket cross section and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.093".

    Ultra-Chemical-Resistant ePTFE Made-to-Order Gaskets
