Plasma/Oxyacetylene Torch Cutting Guides

Insert a plasma or oxyacetylene torch in these guides for balance and stability when cutting straight, circular, and irregular shapes. They’re designed to cut as well as bevel at the same time. The guides pivot on the centering pin and have a universal bushing that accepts all cutting torches.

Cutting Guides

Clamp one of these guides onto your workpiece to make straight cuts. Use them with circular saws, jigsaws, and routers. They fit multiple workpiece sizes.
Dual-Wheel Vertical Band Saw Blade Guides

Two ball bearing wheels support band saw blades and accurately guide straight and contoured cuts in more rugged-duty applications than a single wheel guide. They adjust to fit various blade widths and thicknesses and adapt for right- and left-hand mounting near the top or bottom wheel. Mounting holes on the back of each guide fit onto your saw's mounting stud, and set screws lock the guide in place. These guides fit most band saws.

Single-Wheel Vertical Band Saw Blade Guides

A ball bearing wheel and PTFE rub block support your band saw’s blade for more accurate straight and contoured cuts during general purpose cutting. They adjust to fit various blade widths and thicknesses, and they adapt for right- and left-hand mounting near the top or bottom wheel. Mounting holes on the back of each guide fit onto your saw's mounting stud, and set screws lock the guide in place. These guides fit most band saws.

Dual-Wheel Vertical Band Saw Blade Guides for Delta, Jet, and Rikon Saws

Upgrade to dual-wheel support on the blade of your Delta, Jet, or Rikon saw for more accurate straight and contoured cuts. They have a ball-bearing construction for excellent support in high-load operations.
Hole Saw Pilots for Enlarging Holes

Enlarge holes by using an existing hole as a guide. Attach the original hole saw to this pilot and use it to center a larger hole saw. Pilot fits all brands of threaded hole saws.
Thread adapter is required for use on 1 1/8" diameter and larger hole saws to adapt 1/2"-20 threads to 5/8"-18 threads.

Router Circle Guides

Make precise circular cuts with your plunge-base router. To set up your cut, mount the baseplate to your router, drill a starter hole for the centering pin, and connect a circle guide between the pin and baseplate. Once connected, the guide holds the router at the correct distance from the circle center. Use the small circle guide to make 1 1/2"-12" diameter cuts; the large circle guide makes cuts with a 10"-52" diameter. These kits include a router bit and drill bit as well as an offset base for improved stability while finishing edges.

Router Baseplate with Guide Bushings

Control the distance between a template and router bit for making precise cuts. These kits are for use with pilotless router bits. To set the correct distance for the cut, choose from among the six included bushing sizes. After mounting the baseplate to a router, slide and turn bushings by hand to lock them in place.

Push Blocks and Sticks

Keep hands safely away from table saw blades and router bits by using these tools to guide material during cuts.
Style A apply forward and downward pressure while guiding thin workpieces close to the fence on saw and router tables.
Style B apply downward, inward, and forward pressure to control cuts on a wide range of workpiece sizes. Adjust the handle and center leg for a balanced grip on the workpiece.
