    Turn your drill press, lathe, mill, or CNC machine into a precision honing system. These hones finish cylinder diameters as small as 3/16" to within a 0.001" tolerance. They correct out-of-round holes, slots, keyways for shafts, bushings, and dowel pins. To retain lubricants, they leave a cross-hatch pattern on cylinder walls. Install the hone’s driver in your spindle and guide or program your machine to move the hone up and down to create the pattern.

    Use these drivers to adjust honing stones forward or backward on a tapered mandrel for a precise cylinder fit. One driver pairs with all the mandrels—just swap the mandrel to hone a different size.
