Ring-Style Socket Retainer

Ring-and-Hole Style Socket Retainer

Use these wrenches with impact sockets only. Some wrenches include batteries and a charger. For others, batteries and chargers are sold separately.

Ring-style socket retainer allows quick socket changes—pull the socket off the retainer and push on another one.

Pin- and ring-and-hole style socket retainers (also called positive locking) provide a more secure hold than ring-style retainers. Ring-and-hole-style retainer requires a retaining ring (included).
