Bearing-Locknut Shaft Thread Repairing Dies
Clean and restore the fine threads on power transmission shafts that are used with bearing locknuts. These dies also remove thread-locking compound that has built up in the threads. All are hex shaped for use with conventional wrenches. Dies are sized according to the American Bearing Manufacturer's Association (ABMA).
Carbon steel dies are for use on most metal and plastic. High-speed steel dies last longer than carbon steel when cutting similar material.
