Diesel-Fuel Hose Nozzles

Control the flow while dispensing diesel fuel. Nozzles are aluminum, which is lightweight with good corrosion resistance.
Nozzles with automatic shut-off will stop dispensing when the tank is full or if the nozzle falls from the tank. They have a built-in check valve that reduces spillage when withdrawing the nozzle from tank. Nozzles have an angled design, which reduces hose kinking for efficient fueling. They come with a plastic scuff guard to protect the nozzle from damage.
Nozzles with manual shut-off have a trigger to stop the flow. Do not leave the nozzle unattended when in use.
Nozzles with three-position hold-open clip allow you to dispense fuel without holding the trigger.
Style A is also known as a service-station-style nozzle. The nozzle tip has a stream straightener (also known as a stream shaper), which reduces turbulence for less spillage. Attach an optional splash guard (sold separately) to protect your hands from spray.
Styles B and C are also known as truck-stop nozzles. They have higher flow rates than Style A to dispense large quantities of fuel quickly. Style C includes a splash guard to protect your hands from spray.
Style D has the largest spout and the highest flow rate of all the nozzles for use with trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty bulk fueling applications.
Use hold-open clip kits to replace a broken clip. Install with pliers.

Chemical Hose Nozzles with Hose and Threaded Fittings

Quickly set up a line to dispense chemicals—these nozzles come with a hose and fittings that thread onto your drum or intermediate bulk container (IBC). The nozzles are made of either polypropylene or aluminum and the hose is PVC to resist corroding from citric acid, ethanol, and other chemicals. However, the nozzles are not designed for pressurized systems and should be used in applications where liquid can flow by gravity. Use the trigger to adjust how much they dispense at a time. The nozzles swivel to make directing the flow easier. Hook the included bracket onto the top of a drum or tank to hang the hose when not in use.
Polypropylene nozzles are lighter in weight than aluminum nozzles and resist corroding from harsher chemicals, such as phosphoric acid.
Aluminum nozzles resist wear and tear better than polypropylene nozzles.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid Hose Nozzles
To avoid contaminating diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), these nozzles are made of anodized aluminum and have a stainless steel spout. Similar to pumps at a gas station, these let you control how much DEF flows into your tank at once with the trigger or the hold-open clip. The clip adjusts to two different positions, each with a different flow rate. The design of the tip keeps the flow smooth and steady, reducing spills. When your tank is full, these nozzles stop dispensing automatically. A PVC scuff guard protects them from bumps and scrapes.
Threaded swivels and thread sealants (both sold separately) also won’t contaminate DEF. Threaded swivels install between your hose and these nozzles to prevent your line from twisting, kinking, and wearing prematurely. Thread sealants fill the small gaps between threads to prevent leaks.
Splash guards (sold separately) protect your hands from spray.

Threaded Swivels for Hose Nozzles
To prevent hose from twisting, kinking, and wearing prematurely, these swivels rotate before and after installation as needed. Connect them to the threaded end of your dispensing hose.
Swivels for diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) won’t pollute the fluid, which is prone to contamination. Made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, they stand up to chemicals. Those with NPT threads require a thread sealant (sold separately) to create a leakproof connection and protect the fluid from impurities.
Straight swivels rotate at the female connection point only. They are also known as inline swivels.
45° offset swivels rotate at the male connection point and at the elbow. They are UL listed.
