Bolt- and Clamp-Mount Heating Elements for Plates, Molds, and Dies

Also known as strip and disc heating elements, these bolt or clamp onto flat metal parts to heat the surface through direct contact. All require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.

Often used with extrusion-, injection-, and blow-molding machinery, these heaters clamp around nozzles to keep material warm for consistent discharge. They require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.

Note: The heater must be sized to fit tightly around the barrel to prevent air gaps that lead to inefficient heating and premature failure.

With Mineral Insulation—Heaters with mineral insulation heat up faster than heaters with mica insulation.
