Nonactivated Rosin Soldering Flux for Electronics

Clean and prepare electrical assemblies and printed circuit boards for soldering. This flux has less cleaning action than activated formulas, but leaves the least residue. Less residue reduces the risk of corrosion and signal interference on sensitive electronics. Residue requires flux remover. Meets IPC J-STD classification for nonactivated flux.

Citrus Oil—The most common general purpose adhesive removers. They’re safe for most hard and soft surfaces and have a mild citrus odor. However, they leave an oily residue and should be rinsed with soap and water after use.
