About Glove Sizing

Made from nitrile, these gloves stand up to oil better than latex or neoprene—they resist punctures and tears while you grease machines or service engines. They’re also a good option for those with latex allergies. The thicker the gloves, the more wear they will withstand, but you’ll have less touch sensitivity.

Chemical-resistant gloves protect against spills, splashes, and other brief contact with chemicals.

Gloves with a powdered liner are easier to pull on and off than powder-free gloves. Gloves with a powder-free liner won’t shed contaminants. Gloves with an aloe liner moisturize your skin to soothe dry hands and prevent chapping. Gloves with a flocked cotton fiber liner absorb sweat and moisture to keep you comfortable.

Textured gloves provide a better grip than smooth gloves.

Gloves that are FDA compliant are safe to use in direct contact with food. Those that meet EN 374 are rated to European standards for chemical protection.

Clean Room Disposable Gloves

Static-control gloves drain static electricity to prevent damage to sensitive electronic parts. Chemical-resistant gloves protect against spills, splashes, and other brief contact with chemicals.

Nitrile gloves are a good alternative to latex when allergies are a concern. They also resist oil. Neoprene gloves resist acids and other harsh chemicals. Textured gloves give you a stronger grip than smooth gloves. Smooth gloves allow for more precise handling than textured gloves.

Gloves with a sterility assurance level (SAL) are irradiated with gamma rays to ensure sterilization.

Gloves that meet EN 374 are rated to European standards for protection from chemicals. Gloves with a Type A or Type B rating resist chemical permeation for at least 30 minutes. A Type A rating means they are tested against twice as many chemicals as gloves with a Type B rating.

Gloves that meet EN 388 are rated to European standards for resistance to abrasions, cuts, tears, or punctures.
