Lightweight Portable Dock Plates

Lighter than steel, these aluminum dock plates have two handles for quick manual positioning to bridge the gap between a truck and the dock. Use them when loading and unloading with hand trucks, pallet trucks, and other walk-on/walk-off equipment. Plates have a diamond surface texture to provide positive traction.

Dock Levelers

Permanently attach these levelers to a dock to bridge the gap between the edge of the dock and a truck. Use them when loading and unloading with forklifts, pallet trucks, and hand trucks. Each leveler has a deck plate, a hinged lip plate, and two bumpers that are attached to bumper blocks. Dual extension springs act as a counterbalance to aid the leveler as it mechanically lifts the lip plate onto the truck bed; the springs return the lip plate to its original position when the truck pulls away. The plates have a diamond surface texture for positive traction.
To install, weld levelers to a dock face with a minimum 8" wide steel channel embedded into concrete at the dock edge. If the dock edge does not have an 8" wide steel channel, use the optional installation kit (sold separately) for bolt-on mounting.
Style A include a lifting hook to raise the lip plate and come with a hanger for storing the lifting hook when not in use.
Style B have a self-storing handle instead of a lifting hook. Pull the handle back about 50° and then return it to its original vertical position to lift the lip plate. There's no need to bend, push, or lean.
Note: To determine load, take the gross weight of equipment, add typical load weight, and then multiply by two.

Portable Dock Plates with Wheels

Telescoping handles with wheels let one person lift and position these plates without using a forklift. Use them to bridge the gap between a truck and the dock when loading and unloading with forklifts, battery-operated hand trucks, and other powered equipment. Plates have a diamond surface texture for positive traction and lips on the sides lessen the chance of vehicle runoff. You can retract the telescoping handles when the plate is in position.

Portable Dock Plates with Forklift Loops

The heaviest dock plates we offer, these are built to endure high-traffic use. Forklift loops on the top flip up for easy maneuvering with a forklift and fold down when not in use. Use plates to bridge the gap between a truck and the dock when loading and unloading with forklifts, battery-operated hand trucks, and other powered equipment. They have a diamond surface texture for positive traction and lips on the sides lessen the chance of vehicle runoff. Plates have anchoring pins that you drop into any of the eight holes along their edges—this secures the plate in the space between the dock and the truck.

Low-Height Walk Ramps

Use these ramps to create a walkway for moving hand trucks over curbs and thresholds between 3" and 5" high. The plate surface has a diamond surface texture for good traction. The carrying handles allow for easy positioning.

Walk Ramps

Create a walkway to maneuver hand trucks on or off vehicles and trailers. These ramps come with chains to secure them in place. One end is sloped to provide a smooth transition from the ramp to a truck bed or the ground. The ramp surface has ridges to give wheels traction, and a lip is welded to each side to keep them from running off the edge. Made from aluminum, these ramps are durable and corrosion resistant, so you can use them outdoors.
Foldable ramps bend in half for storage. Carry them from job to job with the built-in handle. They have a lighter duty construction and lower capacity than comparable solid ramps.
Note: Not for use with pallet trucks and forklifts.

Portable Ramps

The tracks on these ramps retract after use for convenient carrying and storage. Originally designed for wheelchairs, they are useful in an industrial setting to roll equipment up a few stairs using a hand truck. Made of aluminum, these platforms are lightweight and easy to handle. They have an antislip surface and lips on the sides to lessen the chance of runoff.
Maximum height differential indicates the highest rise these ramps can be used at and still comply with ADA standards.
Note: Check local, state, and federal codes, including OSHA, for safe set up and operating practices.

Wheel Risers with Forklift Pockets

Pockets make it easy to move these risers with a forklift. Use them to raise vehicles up for maintenance jobs or bring vehicles up to dock height for loading and unloading. The diamond surface texture creates good traction, so tires won't slip or spin.
A roll-off lip stops tires from going too far and accidentally falling off the riser.

Wheel Risers

Raise vehicles up for maintenance jobs or elevate them to dock height for loading and unloading. These risers have a diamond surface texture for positive traction.
Curb Ramps

Create a smooth transition between the street and sidewalk for hand trucks and vehicles. These ramps support up to 4,000 lbs. and are compact and lightweight enough to fit easily in your truck or van. Made of molded rubber, they withstand the weather and have a raised, textured surface for increased traction.
Use straight ramps on their own, or join multiple together for a wider ramp. Add corner ramps for off-center entry. All ramps have connecting hardware.
Note: Check local, state, and federal codes, including OSHA, for safe set up and operating practices.
Vehicle Ramps

Drive a fully loaded forklift into a truck, trailer, or dock door from ground level. When you’re done, these ramps break down to the size of a double-wide pallet for storage. They’re often referred to as yard ramps because they’re common in shipping yards. Made entirely of aluminum, these ramps stand up to the weather. The perforated surface gives your vehicle traction in all conditions and allows rain, snow, and dirt to pass through. These ramps have two included ratchet straps to secure them to a vehicle and prevent them from pulling away. Plates on either end facilitate smooth transitions from ground to ramp and ramp to truck.
No tools are needed for setup. Assembly can be completed in as little as 15 minutes with two people and a forklift.
Note: Check local, state, and federal codes, including OSHA, for safe set up and operating practices.
