    Core Pins

Mold plastic around these pins to form small holes, or use them to perforate parts. They have a flat head to fit into a counterbored hole. Pins can be machined to fit your application. They're precision-ground to tight tolerances.

Also known as knockout and forged pins, use these pins to push parts out of molds. Pins are precision-ground to tight tolerances and hardened for strength and wear resistance. Machining is not recommended. Metric pins meet DIN 1530 specifications.

    Through-Hardened Ejector Pins

Image of Product. Front orientation. Ejector Pins. Through-Hardened Ejector Pins.
Compared to standard ejector pins, these pins are less likely to chip and crack when used to push steel parts out of molds because they've been hardened through their core. However, they cannot be drilled or tapped and are more brittle than standard ejector pins. They're also known as knockout and forged pins. Made of H13 tool steel, they resist rapid changes in temperature. They’re precision ground to tight tolerances.

    Oversized Ejector Pins

Image of Product. Front orientation. Ejector Pins. Oversized Ejector Pins.
To fit in holes that have widened from wear and are too big for standard ejector pins, these pins are oversized. Also known as knockout and forged pins, they’re used to push parts out of molds. These pins are H13 tool steel, so they resist rapid changes in temperature. They’re hardened for strength and wear resistance and precision ground to tight tolerances. Machining is not recommended.
