Tough and wear resistant, cobalt steel bits last at least twice as long as high-speed steel. They can also run up to 25% faster at higher temperatures without being damaged on hard materials, such as nickel.

Make a hole in thin pipes, tubing, and metal sheets to install threaded fasteners that won’t twist or loosen. Unlike other fastening options such as rivet and weld nuts, you don't need to deburr, remove shavings, or add hardware.
