Threaded Funnels for Closed-Head Drums

Threaded funnels screw into a threaded bung hole on the lid of your drum for a secure connection.

Permanent—Funnels with a permanent filter prevent contaminants from seeping past the filter. The filter is heat sealed to the funnel.

Removable—Funnels with a removable filter are easier to clean and replace than permanent filters.

Padlockable—Funnels with a padlockable lid can be secured to contain materials and prevent contamination.

Overflow Protection—Funnels with overflow protection have a straw that prevents overfilling. The straw will stop the flow of liquid when the barrel is about two gallons away from being full. Lift the straw to let the last two gallons flow in.

Vented Spout—Funnels with a vented spout let gases escape to prevent pressure buildup and vapor lock. This helps liquids flow smoothly without burping or spilling.

Drain Tops—Drain tops (sold separately) hold up to 12 bottles upside down for hands-free draining.

Push-On Funnels for Closed-Head and Open-Head Drums

Push-on funnels have a rim that snaps onto the walls of open- and closed-head drums. On a closed-head drum, insert the spout into the bung.

Padlockable—Funnels with a padlockable lid can be secured to contain materials and prevent contamination.

Bung Hole Access—Funnels with bung hole access have a second bung hole, so you can access the inside of the drum without removing the funnel. For example, you can insert a liquid-level indicator into the second bung hole to prevent overfilling. These funnels have two molded rings on the bottom for use with both 30- and 55-gal. drums.

Made of galvanized steel, these funnels are durable and coated to protect them from corrosion. They’re safe to use with most chemicals. A self-closing lid automatically shuts in case of fire—it’s also padlockable to keep contaminants out and hazardous materials in.

Style B—Style B have a ball valve that stays closed unless you open the lever, so contents won’t spill if the drum tips over. Insert the included pressure-relief vent into a _3/4" drum opening to provide pressure and vacuum relief. By letting air escape, the vent prevents burping and reduces splashes. Style B screw into a threaded bung hole on the lid of your drum for a secure connection. Made of galvanized steel, these funnels are durable and coated to protect them from corrosion. Drum Cones

Slow the flow of dry material dispensed from your drum with these cones. They’re sharply angled to narrow the opening of your drum, which allows less material out and helps contain dust. The neoprene gasket at the top of the cone forms a tight seal with your drum. Use the flange at the bottom of the cone to mount a valve. Choose a cone that matches the OD of your drum.

Painted Steel and Powder-Coated Steel—Steel cones are good for general purpose dispensing. The interior is treated with a rust inhibitor to reduce corrosion.

304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel cones are inherently corrosion resistant, so they hold up better than steel in damp or corrosive environments.

Iris	Slide Gate

Attach a valve to your cone to start and stop the flow of material.

Iris—Turn the handle on iris valves to adjust the opening size. This valve type works well with fine and coarse materials.

Containment Funnels

Dispose of chemicals while keeping hazardous fumes contained. These funnels thread onto your container and have a gasketed lid that latches shut, so you can leave them in place between fills. They also have a filter to catch large particles. For easy cleaning, the filter and spout are removable.

The funnel, seal, and spout are made of high-density polyethylene, which can handle most solvents. However, avoid using these funnels with strong acids, bases, and oxidizers.

Welding Wire Drum Cones

These snap-on drum cones shield welding wire from slag, grinding dust, and other contaminants that could weaken welds. Filter wire to your hose through the access flap at the top—the cone shape ensures that wire will move smoothly without tangling.
