    Standard Duct and Fittings

Image of System. Front orientation. Exploded view. Duct and Fittings. Standard Duct and Fittings.
Deliver air for a range of HVAC applications, including exhaust and dust collection. Our basic duct, the round shape creates smoother, more efficient airflow than rectangular and oval duct. The male end is slightly smaller than the female, so sections join without clamps or tools.

    Exhaust Vent

    Intake Vent

Cover vents with caps that let air in or out.
Exhaust Vent—A built-in damper allows air to escape while blocking backdrafts, rain, and snow.
Intake Vent—Only fresh air enters though the screen—no debris or pests allowed.
Galvanized Steel—Corrosion resistant and affordable, galvanized steel is the most commonly used ductwork material.
Lightweight Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel, aluminum ductwork is easier to handle during installation. Like galvanized steel, it resists rust in wet environments but won’t last as long.

    Tight-Seal Spiral Duct and Fittings

Image of System. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Duct and Fittings. Tight-Seal Spiral Duct and Fittings.
Gasketed fittings prevent leaks between connections without the need for tape or other sealants. Duct has a continuous seam that reinforces it for strength and long life. The rigid construction keeps its shape, even against suction from dust collectors. Duct is smooth on the inside for efficient airflow. Because of its attractive look, spiral duct is often used for exposed heating and cooling systems.

    Barometric Draft Dampers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Barometric Draft Dampers.
These dampers improve furnace performance by automatically opening and closing to maintain a consistent airflow despite changing environmental conditions.
Single-Acting Damper—Single-acting dampers open inward to prevent strong drafts from pulling too much heat into the chimney vent.
Double-Acting Damper—Double-acting dampers open both inward and outward to relieve pressure caused by obstructions and downdrafts.

    Duct Fire Dampers

In case of a fire, these dampers shut automatically to stop airflow. They have a fusible link that melts at 165° F, releasing a spring to close the blade. Dampers meet UL 555 fire safety standards to help prevent the spread of fire for 11/2 hours. They are undersized to fit inside duct.

For use with drop-ceiling diffusers and ready-to-connect drop-ceiling diffusers, these dampers regulate airflow. Dampers mount to a collar.
Butterfly Opening/Closing Style—Dampers with a butterfly opening/closing style open on a middle hinge. The removable handle adjusts the damper to control airflow and is easier to adjust than dampers with a radial opening/closing style.
Radial Opening/Closing Style—Dampers with a radial opening/closing style open in a circle for more precise airflow than dampers with a butterfly opening/closing style.

The simplest, most reliable way to regulate airflow in standard duct. Turn the lever to adjust the blade.
Gasketed Airflow Damper—The blade has a rubber gasket to prevent leaks better than other dampers.
Blade Airflow Damper—The most economical choice, these dampers slide into the end of duct. Drill a hole for the damper's bolt and remove the handle. Place the damper inside duct, insert the bolt through the hole, and reattach the handle.
