    Slide Table Style

Smaller than any other actuator in our offering, these actuators’ short stroke length makes them good for automating fine, precise adjustments. They’re often used for aligning, pressing, and diverting. They come with an all-in-one motion control system to set the speed, timing, and position with buttons—no programming is required.
Rod-Style Actuator—Rod-style actuators have threads on the front of the rod.
Slide-Table-Style Actuator—Slide table-style actuators give you setup flexibility, since you can mount equipment on top or in front. Mount on top to reduce the space you need to move a full stroke length.
Programming Cables—Actuators with 6 5/8" retracted lg. come pre-programmed with no extra software required. For all other actuators, use a programming cable (sold separately) and free downloadable software to program the controller.

    On/Off Temperature Controllers

The simplest temperature controllers—they turn devices fully on or off, with no middle state, at a given temperature. They’re best as alarms and for systems where temperature changes slowly, but they shouldn’t be used when precise temperature control is necessary. All automatically reset as the temperature fluctuates. To read the temperature, they use a highly sensitive thermocouple probe (not included). And their mechanical relay actuates circuits directly. Controllers are SPDT (single pole, double throw) and can turn one circuit from off to on (normally open) or on to off (normally closed). Mount them into cutouts in instrument panels.
All meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.
    Dial Adjustment

Controllers with a dial let you change the temperature actuation point with a turn. They fit into panels with 1/16 DIN cutouts.

    Cam Panel-Mount Lever Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Lever Switches. Cam Panel-Mount Lever Switches.
Thanks to their ability to handle higher current than switches with contact blocks, these switches are often found in applications from large motors to warehouse lighting systems. The cam pushes contacts more tightly together than contact blocks, allowing more electricity to flow through. However, they aren’t made to be rewired like switches with contact blocks are. These switches require you to grip and twist a lever to turn circuits on or off, so they won’t accidentally actuate if you bump into them. Mount them in a standard panel cutout diameter.
Choose a switch based on the complexity of your application.
On/Off Cam Switch—On/off switches have two positions.
Changeover Cam Switch—Changeover switches have three positions. They work well if you need to toggle between a primary power source and a backup generator.
Selector Cam Switch—Selector switches have up to six positions. They give you the most control, allowing you to turn on or off multiple devices or different parts of your machine.
Legend Plates—Legend plates (sold separately) give you a way to change your switch’s message.
