    Stainless Steel Body

Freehand permanent markings on a variety of materials. These engravers are often used to mark tools and equipment for easy identification and tracking. Adjust the stroke to mark materials as soft as plastic and wood and as hard as metal.
Stainless Steel Body—More durable than plastic to stand up to wear over time. These engravers last longer and won’t get damaged in your toolbox.
Carbide—The standard choice for engraving a variety of materials. Carbide tips are hard enough to mark metal and can also be used on plastic and wood.
Steel Tip—Ideal for engraving soft materials, such as plastic, wood, and leather. Steel tips are less durable than carbide tips.
Diamond Tip—The most durable tip material. Diamond tips are the best choice for marking extra-hard materials, such as ceramic, glass, and stone.

    Bench-Top Laser Cutters

Make custom parts, quick prototypes, and intricate engravings with these cutters—they’re the most accurate cutters we offer. Small enough to fit on a desk, they won’t take up floor space in your facility. Connect them to your computer via Ethernet, USB, or Wi-Fi to create designs, manage settings, and start cutting jobs. These cutters include a camera that shows a live feed of the working area, so you can adjust your material’s position and monitor cuts.
An air compressor mounted next to the laser blows cool air as it cuts, clearing debris and keeping parts from charring. These cutters also have a cooling system that uses air or water to keep the laser tube from overheating. To remove dust and fumes, direct exhaust to a well-ventilated area or connect to an air filtration system. Not for use on metal or vinyl polymers, such as PVC, polycarbonate, or PTFE.
    Light Duty
Image of Product. Front orientation. Laser Cutters. Bench-Top Laser Cutters, Light Duty.
Light duty cutters are best for prototyping and one-off jobs, since they’re smaller and lighter in weight than heavy duty cutters. These cutters include a rotary attachment that turns material as it’s being cut, so you can shape or engrave tubing and other round objects. They also include an exhaust hose. They’re compatible with CADLaser, CorelLaser, LightBurn, and RDWorks software.
Glass Laser Tube—Their laser tube is glass, so it won’t last as long as the aluminum and ceramic tube in heavy duty cutters.
Cannot Be Sold To—Cutters that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to product regulations.

    Heavy Duty
Image of Product. Front orientation. Laser Cutters. Bench-Top Laser Cutters, Heavy Duty.
Heavy duty cutters are made in the U.S. with an all-metal construction that stands up to frequent use and long production runs. For the cleanest possible cuts, these cutters automatically raise or lower your material so it’s the correct distance from the laser head.
Use the touchscreen to access saved designs, move the laser, and adjust settings without connecting to your computer. With 1 GB of internal storage, you can save and repeat frequent jobs. You can also test a design before you cut by tracing the outline with a beam of light. These cutters can read files from any design software, including AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and they’re compatible with EpilogSuite.
These cutters have a 4” exhaust port rather than a hose—connect it to an air filtration system or an exhaust blower that’s rated at least 350 CFM.
Aluminum Laser Tube/Ceramic Laser Tube—The laser tube is a blend of aluminum and ceramic that lasts longer and makes finer cuts than glass tubes.

    Adjustable Output Voltage

Make permanent, clear marks on metals without heat or force to preserve your material’s structural integrity. These etchers are often used for critical marking applications such as adding identification numbers to aerospace parts.
They come with everything you need to start etching. To operate, saturate the etching pad with solution, position your stencil on the item you’re marking, and press the pad over the stencil. The longer you hold the etcher on the stencil, the deeper the etch. After etching, clean the surface with solution neutralizer and dry the mark to prevent rust.
Adjustable Output Voltage—Select the output voltage best suited to your metal’s conductivity for more control over the marks than fixed output voltage etchers. Lower the voltage to slow the etching process and reduce the risk of removing too much material, especially on highly conductive metals such as aluminum. Increase the voltage to leave deeper marks.

    Etching Stencil Developing Stations

Image of Product. Front orientation. Etching Stencil Developing Stations.
Use these stations to create reusable stencils. They include a UV light station and everything else you need for development. Stencils are often used to add complex logos or branding and can be used upwards of 20 times.
To create a stencil, print your design on transfer paper using an inkjet or laser printer. Place the transfer paper on top of the undeveloped stencil sheet, then place both under the UV light to transfer the design. Soak the stencil sheet in stencil developer to develop the image.

Add deep, consistent marks such as identification numbers or QR codes to pipes, racks, or large machinery that’s difficult to move. These dot peen marking machines can also mark small items such as tags when they’re clamped against a larger surface. A stylus rapidly strikes the surface to displace material and leave permanent indented dots that withstand significant wear, heat, and corrosion. It marks items without creating chips, dust, or thermal distortion. The machines are equipped with software that automatically adjusts the stylus position and marking force for clean, consistent results.
These machines are the lightest on the market and have an even weight distribution, making them comfortable to use and carry. Integrated bumpers protect them from accidental bumps and drops. Built-in Wi-Fi lets you upload logos, text, or serial numbers from an Android device to create and modify designs on the go.
