Shielded Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Block signal interference from nearby devices, such as motors and transmitters, while maintaining a strong, stable connection for M12 threads. The shielding on these connectors maintains signal integrity and minimizes signal loss between equipment. The threaded housing creates a secure connection that withstands the shaking and vibrating of industrial automation.
A-coded, these connectors are often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and devices within Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems. They work with both AC and DC devices such as sensors, motors, and light curtains. Poles and keyways on their face adhere to standard coding layouts to reduce the chance you’ll mismatch connections.
Connectors with polyurethane outer insulation are halogen free, so they won’t release toxic fumes or cause corrosion in metal. Polyurethane resists chemicals, oil, and UV rays, and is very flexible. It’s good for use in industrial environments and robotics.
All meet IP ratings when either mated or capped. IP66K rated connectors are dust tight and protected from washdowns. IP67 rated connectors are protected from dust and temporary submersion.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.

Status-Indicating Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Visually confirm your connector is working properly. A green light means your connector has power, while yellow means it has signal. If either light is off, you'll know whether you need to inspect your signal or power source. Because these connectors thread tightly onto M12 connections, they won’t let in contaminants or come loose from vibration in rugged industrial environments. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you’ll mismatch connectors. All have A coding, so they send signal and power to AC and DC sensors, actuators, motors, light curtains, and other devices. They’re also often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and in Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems.
PVC insulation means these connectors resist abrasion and work well in indoor general purpose applications. IP66K and IP67 rated when mated, all block out dust and water from high-pressure washdowns or brief submersion.
Connectors with 5 poles can send two signals. An additional white light lets you know the connector is carrying the second signal.
90° elbow connectors fit snugly against equipment, so they’re good for tight spaces.
