Harsh Environment Micro M12 Cords
TPE insulation protects these cords from some of the toughest industrial conditions, including abrasion, coolants, chemicals, UV rays, and weld slag. Use them in areas with welding, machining, and fluctuating temperatures to send signal and power to M12 proximity switches, valves, and other devices. These cords are flexible and have threaded ends for a secure connection that withstands the movement and vibration of automated lines and robotics. When mated, they’re NEMA or IP rated to seal out dust and water from washdowns. Standardized pole and keyway coding layouts prevent accidental mis-mating during setup.
Cords with silicone outer insulation give you an extra layer of protection from weld slag and chemicals compared to TPE alone. They're useful in areas where frequent hot liquid splatter might burn through your cord. However, this additional layer makes them less flexible than plain TPE cords.
A-coded cords work with both AC and DC devices. They’re also often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and in Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems.
An IP69 rating means they seal out high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their NEMA or IP ratings when not in use.

Stainless Steel Armored Micro M12 Cords
Step on or roll carts and platform trucks over these M12 cords without crushing them. A protective layer of stainless steel makes these the most crush- and abrasion-resistant M12 cords we offer. It also prevents damage from pests that chew through cords. The stainless steel and PVC outer layer keep moisture from corroding the cord, so they can be used outdoors and near chemicals as well. Despite the stainless steel covering, these cords are still flexible enough to route around equipment. Threaded ends create a tight connection that seals out contaminants and won’t shake loose from the vibration of automated machines.
These cords have a standardized code layout to reduce the chances of accidentally mis-mating them. All are A-coded to send signal and power to AC and DC devices. A-coded cords are often used with sensors, actuators, and motors in automated systems. They also connect devices to IO Link controllers and within fieldbus systems, such as Profibus and DeviceNet.
When mated or capped, these cords meet IP ratings. IP67 cords withstand temporary submersion. IP69 cords are protected from dust and high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets may have extra holes on the face that are not used.

Sanitary Mini Connectors
Send higher current than M12 connectors to automated systems, motors, and pumps in environments where washdowns are common. Designed with a smooth hex-shaped nut, these mini connectors are easy to clean, minimizing spots where contaminants can hide. The nut is 316 stainless steel, so it stands up to most cleaners and won’t rust. When mated, these connectors are rated IP69 to seal out dust and water from high-temperature washdowns that are common on sanitary lines.
A threaded housing on these mini connectors securely mates with other connectors and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect male plugs with internal threads and female sockets with internal threads.

Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Because they tightly thread to M12 connections, these connectors won’t let contaminants in or come loose from vibration in rugged industrial environments and automated systems as they send power and signal or just power to your equipment. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you’ll mismatch connectors.
A- and C-coded connectors send both power and signal, while K-, L-, S-, and T-coded connectors only send power. Choose A-coded connectors for AC and DC sensors, actuators, motors, light curtains, and other devices. They’re often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and within Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems. C-coded connectors are often used with AC sensors and actuators.
Receptacles thread into panels and walls, making them best for stationary or permanent installations such as control panels. 90° elbow connectors run your cord along the side of equipment, so they fit behind machines and in tight spaces.
IP69 rated connectors stand up to high-temperature, high-pressure spraying water. Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets and female receptacles may have extra holes on their face that are not used.

Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors for Intrinsically Safe Devices
Thread these connectors onto intrinsically safe devices and sensors for a secure connection that won't shake loose or ignite explosive gas, dust, or fibers. Using a NAMUR signal, these connectors operate at a low enough current and voltage that they prevent sparks. Poles and keyways on the connector face adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the risk of mismatching connections. All have A coding, so you can use them to send power and signal to AC and DC sensors, actuators, motors, light curtains, and other devices. They’re also often used in fieldbus systems, such as Profibus and DeviceNet, or to connect devices to IO Link controllers and modules.
Thanks to their polyurethane insulation, these connectors are flexible and durable enough for the continuous motion of machine tools. Polyurethane is also chemical resistant and free of halogen, which can corrode metal and is dangerous to inhale.
IP rated when mated, they protect against dust, temporary submersion, and high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. All are CE marked to meet European safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
90° elbow connectors fit snugly against equipment, so they’re good for tight spaces.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP rating when not in use.
