High-Current Pin-and-Sleeve Cords

Send power from generators to keep the lights on and equipment running. These cords are often used to convey temporary power during outages or at trade shows and mobile job sites. Able to send currents above 250A, they’re commonly connected to power distribution panels and transfer switches. Push and twist to lock them in place, where they remain secure against high current loads, vibration, and pulling. They don’t require tools to connect or disconnect, making them convenient for short-term setups.
For outdoor use, these cords are rated NEMA 3R for protection from rain, snow, and sleet. They also resist sunlight, oil, and chemicals.

With external components that resist water, oil, and UV light, these cord reels make power accessible in wet and outdoor areas. They’re great for maintenance vehicles, outdoor conveyors, and for powering tools such as compressors and power washers. The housing is rated NEMA 3R for outdoor use. It’s also made of impact-resistant plastic, so it won’t dent, bend, or corrode like a steel housing. The extension cord has water- and oil-resistant insulation, and the plug has a watertight connector. Close the connector’s outlet cover to keep out water and dust when you’re not using it.
A ratchet holds the cord extended at any length. A tug on the cord winds it up automatically, so you don’t have to wind it yourself.
To prevent overload damage, these reels have a circuit breaker that trips if there’s too much current.
