Electrically Isolating Servomotor Precision Disc Couplings

Block stray current from servomotors so it doesn't erode or interfere with bearings, encoders, or other components on your shaft. The center spacer on these couplings isolates electricity, while discs on each side accommodate all types of shaft misalignment and fully transfer torque (zero backlash). The couplings handle misalignment on assemblies with highly controlled movements. They also withstand high speeds and sudden starts and stops.
Anodized Aluminum Hub with Acetal Spacer and 302 Stainless Steel Disc—Provide excellent corrosion resistance.
Clamp-On Shaft Mount—Grip shafts evenly without marring them and hold tighter than set screws. Tighten the clamping screws to secure.
