Mini Connectors
Often used to send power and signal to automated systems, motors, and pumps, these mini connectors carry higher currents than M5, M8, and M12 connectors. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
Tighten screws to join connectors with screw terminal wire connections to cable. They do not require tools to wire to cable to make single- and double-ended cords.
When mated, these connectors meet IP or NEMA ratings. IP67 rated connectors protect against dust and temporary submersion.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.

Mini Terminator Plugs

Also known as dummy plugs, these plugs close the electrical circuit on your mini connector, so you can safely change devices or repair connections. Keep them handy by looping a bead chain or lanyard through the hole and attaching them to your keychain or tool belt.
A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors and won’t come loose from vibration. When mated, they meet IP69 to seal out dust and high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.

Harsh Environment Micro M12 Cords
TPE insulation protects these cords from some of the toughest industrial conditions, including abrasion, coolants, chemicals, UV rays, and weld slag. Use them in areas with welding, machining, and fluctuating temperatures to send signal and power to M12 proximity switches, valves, and other devices. These cords are flexible and have threaded ends for a secure connection that withstands the movement and vibration of automated lines and robotics. When mated, they’re NEMA or IP rated to seal out dust and water from washdowns. Standardized pole and keyway coding layouts prevent accidental mis-mating during setup.
Cords with silicone outer insulation give you an extra layer of protection from weld slag and chemicals compared to TPE alone. They're useful in areas where frequent hot liquid splatter might burn through your cord. However, this additional layer makes them less flexible than plain TPE cords.
A-coded cords work with both AC and DC devices. They’re also often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and in Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems.
An IP69 rating means they seal out high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their NEMA or IP ratings when not in use.
