M29 Power Cords
Often used in automation systems such as conveyors and sorters, these cords have plug and socket ends, so they quickly connect and disconnect for maintenance and do not need to be hardwired. Because these cords carry higher currents than micro and mini cords, they can power equipment such as motors, fans, pumps, and automated machine tools. They are shielded to block out interference from nearby equipment. These cords meet UL 2237 and UL 2238, so they can be used in motor branch circuits of industrial machinery. They also meet TC-ER crush and impact requirements for exposed runs in cable carriers. IP rated, they protect against dust, washdowns, and temporary submersion.

M22 Power Cords
Similar to branches extending from a tree, these cords disperse power from a main power line to run a chain of devices. Power high-amperage fans, pumps, and other machines in motor controls, conveyors, and sorting and packaging systems. All quickly connect and disconnect for easy installation and maintenance.
These cords are UL and C-UL listed, so they meet American and Canadian safety standards. They comply with TC-ER requirements, meaning they withstand being hit and crushed when exposed. An STOOW rating means their inner and outer insulation resist oil and water. IP and NEMA rated when connected, these cords resist corrosion and seal out dust and water from weather and washdowns. They can even be under water for brief periods of time.
Lengthen your power line and reach more devices in your system by adding M22 connectors or M35 cords and connectors. Reducing tees join equipment with M22 connections to equipment with M35 connections.
Add a cap to protect these cords from dust when they’re not in use.

Quick-Connect Screw-Together Power Cords
A few turns is all it takes to join these cords, which have thick threads similar to a light bulb, for a secure connection in washdown and high-vibration areas. They detach just as fast for frequent maintenance. IP68 rated when mated, these cords block out dust and water if briefly submersed. Single Pair Ethernet Cords
These cords contain a single pair of twisted wires, making them lighter and more flexible than other Ethernet cords. They’re good for transportation, robotics, and automation applications. Cords have a metal locking tab to create a more secure connection than cords with RJ45 connectors, and are easier to install than coaxial cords and cords with M12 connectors. They transmit power as well as data, making them useful in places without an easily accessible power supply. These cords are shielded to block out signal interference from nearby devices.
Cords meet IEEE standards for data transmission speeds and protocols and EN 60811-404 for resistance to mineral oil. They’re compliant with IEC 60332-1-2 for flame retardancy and IEC 63171-6 for single pair Ethernet cord dimensions and compatibility.

Ethernet Cords with M12 and RJ45 Connectors
To send high-speed data in tough, rugged environments, these cords have an M12 connector on one end that threads onto switches, sensors, and other devices prone to vibration. The other end has a traditional RJ45 plug that connects to Ethernet equipment, such as computers, IO modules, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). These cords can also power devices as they send data, so you don’t need a separate power cord. But, the device must be Power over Ethernet (PoE) compatible. They’re often used with EtherNet/IP, Profinet, and EtherCAT systems. With TPE insulation, they stand up to bending in robotics applications. It also means they resist abrasion and won’t pit or crack from chemicals, sunlight, and welding runoff.
Thanks to its threads and IP rating, the M12 end is water and dust tight when mated. Poles and keyways on its face adhere to standard coding layouts, which reduces the chance of mismatching connections.
When choosing an Ethernet cord, make sure you match or exceed your network’s ethernet cable category. These cords are backward compatible—for example, a Category 6 cord will work in a Category 5 network, but it’ll only run at the Category 5 speed.
A- and X-coded cords send data faster than D-coded cords, so they’re best for systems that run multi-step programs, such as robotics.
Double-shielded cords have layers of braid and foil that block signal interference from nearby devices, maintaining their speed and data integrity.
