Interference-Limiting Outlet Strips
Filters between the outlets on these strips protect computers and other sensitive equipment from external signals that interfere with the equipment’s performance. A circuit breaker prevents damage from current overload and short circuits. Surge suppression protects devices from voltage spikes. The surge rating indicates how much energy the outlet strip can absorb before it needs to be replaced; the higher the number, the better the protection.
