Chemical-Resistant Face Shields
The lens on these face shields is coated for an added level of protection against most chemicals. Shields meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1+ high-impact standards when worn with safety glasses or goggles. All have a ratchet adjustment and easy-turn knob.
Style B shields have a chin guard for added protection.
Style C shields feature a curved design for added face protection from the sides and from below. They follow the curvature of your face for reduced distortion and glare.
Polycarbonate plastic shields are highly impact resistant and offer some protection against chemicals and heat. They are also generally resistant to acids.
Copolyester plastic shields resist a wide range of chemicals and have comparable impact resistance to polycarbonate. They offer clear vision without distortion or haze.
Nylon plastic shields offer superior heat resistance to polycarbonate and copolyester shields. They also have better chemical resistance than polycarbonate and resist moderate impact. These shields are often used in industrial settings such as petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals for high-temperature chemical reactions.
Attach optional shield extenders for an extra 3” of coverage on each side of your face. Once in place, they’ll overlap the face shields so nothing passes through.

Use face shields with an aluminized polycarbonate lens when working around moderate temperatures, such as furnace work or grinding. They also reflect visible and infrared light.
Face shields with a gold lens withstand the most heat.

Flip-Up Heat-Reflective Hard-Hat Mount Face Shields
For work near intense heat, these shields keep your face cool. They’re often used in high-heat environments such as foundries and glass manufacturing facilities. The clear lens protects against impact and the gold lens reflects radiant heat, visible light, and infrared light. Flip one or both lenses up and out of your way without removing your hard hat.
Snap them onto any brimmed hard hat with mounting slots.
Shields with a gold/green lens are best when working around intense light coming from furnaces and molten metal or glass. They have a green base color that enhances contrast.
Use wraparound brackets (sold separately) to attach these face shields to brimmed hard hats without mounting slots. Or, add these brackets if the slots on your hard hat are already being used.

Silicone rubber respirators are a good choice for comfort during periods of extended wear. TPE rubber respirators are an economical choice that are good for occasional use. Nitrile rubber respirators are durable and long-lasting, making them ideal for frequent use.
Style B respirators have a speech diaphragm that improves voice clarity, letting you communicate with coworkers without removing the mask or leaving the workspace.
Replacement cartridges for P100 nitrile rubber respirators come with a filter.

Disposable Respirators
As you breathe through them, these respirators filter out contaminants in the air. Throw them out when breathing is difficult or if they’re damaged or dirty. They're best for short-term use and areas with low levels of contaminants.
R95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 8 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles. P95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles. P100 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 99.97% of solid particles.
To achieve the filter rating, you'll need a respirator that creates a tight seal with your face to prevent contaminants from entering through the sides. Choose the respirator that matches the style you have been fitted for. Respirators with an exhale valve reduce breathing resistance and hot air buildup.
Respirators with a mesh shell hold their shape in heat and humidity.
Respirators with a buckle can be adjusted like a traditional belt. They lay flat against your chest, making them a good option if you frequently remove your respirator.
Respirators that cannot be sold outside of the United States or Canada are restricted due to product regulations.
