Lights with clamping arms will install into any finished ceiling opening, even if you don't have a drop ceiling. They have a prismatic lens that casts a beam that covers a wider area and limits glare better than lights with a smooth lens.

Cool lights highlight white and blue tones for higher visibility than neutral lights.
