About Brightness and Light Appearance

Explosion-Proof Ceiling and Wall Lights

The enclosure on these jelly jar lights contains explosions, sparks, and flashes. These lights are safe to use in NEC Class I, II, and III, Division 1 hazardous locations. Certified to a T4 (275° F) or T5 (212° F) temperature classification, their surface stays cool enough to avoid igniting flammable material. They are also ETL and C-ETL listed to meet safety standards in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All lights are hardwired and mount with fasteners (not included). Lights for incandescent bulbs are rated NEMA 4X for protection from washdowns and dust. Designed to resist corrosion from salt water, they’re also UL marine listed.
