Heat-Resistant Fall-Arrest Harnesses

Made of inherently flame-resistant Kevlar, these harnesses withstand temperatures up to 800° F. They keep you safe when you’re working at height where heat and sparks could weaken your harness. The D-ring on the back keeps you upright if you fall. When used properly with a lanyard and an anchor, these harnesses help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
Indicator stitching at impact points pops or tears during a fall, so you’ll know at a glance if the harness has been weakened by stress. When you’re not using your lanyard, clip it into one of the holders so it doesn’t drag or get caught.

Electrical Arc-Flash-Resistant Fall-Arrest Harnesses

Made with Nomex or Kevlar, these harnesses withstand high heat and electrical arcs that could weaken a standard harness. They meet ASTM F887, so they're tested to hold up against arc flash hazards. Attach the D-ring on the back to a lanyard, and these harnesses will keep you upright if you fall. When used together with a lanyard and anchor, these harnesses help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
Impact indicator stitching is designed to tear during a fall, so it’s easy to tell if a harness is still safe to use. If you have an unused lanyard, clip it to one of the lanyard holders to keep it from dragging or catching on nearby equipment.
Style A don’t have padding, so they’re less bulky than Style B. However, they may chafe if worn for long periods. They have squeeze-release thigh buckles, which connect and disconnect more quickly than slide buckles and don’t need to be adjusted each time you put them on.
Style B have padding on the back and shoulders for all-day comfort. Each leg strap has a handle on the back so you can pull yourself into a seated position if you fall. This relieves pressure on your legs and keeps blood flowing while you wait for rescue.

Electrical Arc-Flash-Resistant Fall-Arrest
Harnesses for Climbing and Positioning

Our most versatile harness for tasks at height in areas with arc-flash and fire hazards—these harnesses have a D-ring on the back, chest, and each hip. Made with Nomex and Kevlar, they’re tested to ASTM F887 for arc-flash protection. Attach a lanyard to the D-ring on the back, and these harnesses will keep you upright if you fall. The chest D-ring lets you clip into ladder-climbing systems without the line getting in your way as you climb. Hip D-rings let you tether yourself close to your work, so your hands are free for tools and equipment. When used together with an anchor and a lanyard, these harnesses help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
If you have an unused lanyard, park it on one of the lanyard holders to keep it from dragging or catching on nearby equipment. Indicator stitching is designed to tear during a fall or impact, so it’s easy to tell if a harness is still safe to use.

Leg Support Straps

Ease pressure on your legs and keep blood flowing—these straps help prevent injury while you’re waiting for rescue after a fall. They come tucked in a pouch that you loop onto your harness. If you fall, pull them out and hook them under your feet.
Nomex straps are tested to meet ASTM F887 standards for jobs where there is a risk of exposure to electric arcs and flames. They won't ignite, melt or drip if exposed to flash fires.

Heat-Resistant Fall-Arrest Harnesses for Positioning

Maintain a stable working position on the sides of scaffolding and other vertical structures, even where flying sparks and high temperatures could weaken a harness. Made with Kevlar webbing, these harnesses won’t ignite when exposed to welding spatter, sparks, and high heat. Kevlar is strong and resists abrasions, so these harnesses last longer than standard harnesses. Clip positioning lanyards to the hip D-rings on these harnesses to stay close to your work and free up your hands. Attach a lanyard to the D-ring on the back, and these harnesses will keep you upright if you fall. Used together with an anchor and lanyard, these harnesses help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
Park an unused lanyard on one of the lanyard holders to keep it from dragging or getting caught. Indicator stitching is designed to tear during a fall or impact, so it’s easy to tell if a harness is still safe to use.

Fall-Arrest Harness Padding

Stay comfortable when wearing your harness for long periods of time. This padding keeps your harness from digging in and causing chafing. It’s flexible yet durable. Straps with snaps or hook and loop secure it to your harness.
Padding with arc-flash protection is tested to meet ASTM F887 standards for jobs where there is a risk of exposure to electric arcs and flames. It's made of Nomex, so it won't melt or drip if exposed to flash fires.
