Panel-Mount USB Cords

With a flange on the socket end, you can mount these cords in a panel cutout to move data between computers, printers, and mobile devices. Backward compatible, all work with cords and connectors that meet the same or lower USB standard.

Shielded and double-shielded cords have insulation that reduces interference from nearby equipment and devices.

Cords with an external housing thread screw into your panel and don’t require fasteners. Because they mount nearly flush with your panel, they protect the connector from damage and won’t snag on equipment and other cords.

Add a cap to protect the end mounted in a panel when it’s not in use. Hinged caps open and shut quickly at a fixed angle, so they’re more convenient for frequent access than tethered caps. Tethered caps can open in any direction, letting you access adapters from any angle. IP40-rated caps have a locking mechanism for extra security.

No drilling or fasteners needed—a screw-in cover plate makes it easy to mount these chargers for powering up phones, tablets, speakers, cameras, and other small devices. They have push-in terminals to quickly connect both solid and stranded wire.

To wire these chargers, press down on their internal clamp with a screwdriver or other narrow tool. Push your wire into the terminal, then remove the screwdriver.

Add an optional cap to protect these chargers when not in use.

These panel-mount adapters have a female USB connection on both ends to join two USB cables.

Install adapters with a metric mounting thread into a panel cutout with no additional fasteners needed.

Adapters with mounting fasteners included mount to panels of any thickness, as long as you drill a hole first.

Shielded adapters have an inner metal body that reduces interference from nearby equipment and devices.

Caps (sold separately) protect adapters when not in use. They’re tethered, so you can open them in any direction for access from any angle. Caps rated IP67 protect adapters from against washdowns.
