Nonmarring Adjustable Handles

The brass tip on the end of the threaded stud prevents damage to surfaces in applications involving frequent positioning, tightening, and holding adjustments. Lift the handle to rotate freely; then release the handle to engage and tighten. These handles are also known as clamping handles. Made of plastic, all of these handles resist oil, grease, and solvents. They are reinforced with fiberglass for strength.

Nonsparking Wet-Mop Handles

Made of aluminum-bronze with a fiberglass handle, these handles inhibit sparking. Handle is also hygienic. Aluminum-bronze is Factory Mutual approved. Handles satisfy OSHA requirements that specify nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present. Nonsparking tools are not, however, classified as antistatic because they do conduct electricity.

Note: Do not use these tools in direct contact with acetylene due to the possible risk of explosion.

Keyed Push-to-Close Locking Latches with Handle and Emergency Release


Door Offset

Style 1

An emergency release gives you a way to escape if the door closes with you or someone else inside the enclosure. These locking latches hold doors shut when pushed closed. Mount these locking latches horizontally to the face of doors on refrigerators and industrial enclosures with the strike plate mounted on the frame. They're keyed alike, so they’re good if you need several locks that open with the same key. The rod for the emergency release is replaceable.

Locking latches have an adjustable strike plate to compensate for changes in offset caused by sagging doors and worn or flattened gaskets. Door offset is the space between the door face and the frame when the door is closed.
