Fiberglass High-Temperature Sleeving
This sleeving withstands temperatures over 1000° F, such as in refineries. Made of fiberglass, it resists acids, alkalies, oil, and solvents so it won’t degrade when exposed to substances such as grease, ammonia, or harsh detergents. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.
Acrylic-coated sleeving is heat treated and has good abrasion and chemical resistance. It’s more rigid and fray resistant than uncoated fiberglass sleeving.
Tightly braided sleeving is more fray resistant than other uncoated fiberglass sleeving.

Aramid High-Temperature Sleeving
A blend of Aramid and fiberglass gives this sleeving excellent abrasion resistance, as well as resistance to acids and alkalies. It can withstand temperatures up to 650° F. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

High-Temperature Expandable Sleeving
Protect cable, hose, and pipe from abrasion and cuts in high temperature environments—this sleeving withstands temperatures over 450° F. It expands to fit over items for easy installation; sleeving then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate.
Fiberglass sleeving withstands continuous exposure to high temperatures better than all our other high-temperature sleeving materials. It resists burning and is often used near ovens and furnaces, or to protect exhaust pipes and tubes in mobile equipment. It also resists acids, alkalies, oil, and solvents. Acrylic-coated fiberglass sleeving is more rigid than uncoated fiberglass sleeving and minimizes fraying when cut. It has good abrasion and chemical resistance.

High-Temperature Electrical-Insulating Tube Sleeving
This sleeving withstands temperatures up to 390° F and is often used to insulate connections in transformers, relays, and solenoids. It prevents electricity and heat from dissipating from wire and cable. When exposed to flame, it will self-extinguish and produce a nonconductive ash. It’s flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. Made of silicone-coated fiberglass, it resists chemicals.

Spark-Resistant Tube Sleeving
A specially formulated silicone rubber coating on this fiberglass sleeving sheds sparks, molten metal splash, hydraulic fuel, and lubricating oil. Exposure to a torch will char the coating, but will not scorch the fiberglass inner layer. It also resists fraying. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

Extra-Thick Spark-Resistant Tube Sleeving
Made from thicker and denser fiberglass than standard spark-resistant sleeving, this sleeving is more abrasion resistant and provides better insulation. The specially formulated silicone rubber coating sheds sparks, molten metal splash, hydraulic fuel, and lubricating oil. It also resists fraying. Exposure to a torch will char the coating, but will not scorch the fiberglass inner layer. It can withstand short-term flame exposure up to 2000° F, and is flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test of vertically suspended material. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.

Spark-Resistant Hook-and-Loop Wrap-Around Sleeving
A specially formulated silicone rubber coats this fiberglass sleeving to shed sparks, molten metal splash, hydraulic fuel, and lubricating oil. Wrap it around wire, cable, and hose without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length and a strip of hook-and-loop that keeps it securely closed but allows you to maintain access along the length of the sleeving.

High-Temperature Flange-Mount Rope Edge Seals
In addition to high temperatures, these seals have a fiberglass cover and core that resists most refrigerants, salts, and grease. They’re flexible and compressible, and are often used as caulking and for filling expansion joints. The flange on these seals slides into a slot that is commonly found on oven, furnace, and boiler doors; it can be positioned to cover large gaps.

High-Temperature Rope Edge Seals
A tighter braid makes these fiberglass seals more durable than High-Temperature Ultra-Conformable Rope Edge Seals. They’re flexible and will conform to uneven surfaces. Push them into the groove that’s commonly built into oven doors, furnaces, and tanks. They resist bleach, solvents, and most acids (do not use with hydrofluoric acid, hot phosphoric acid, and wet hydrogen chloride).
