The standard and most widely used size, this strut channel is 1_5/8" × 1_5/8". Endlessly versatile, use it to support electrical and plumbing systems, install HVAC equipment, build racks, and more. Combine with brackets, fasteners, and other fittings to create your structure.

Slotted Hole—The most adaptable strut channel we offer. The slots make it easy to mount and reposition components without drilling.

Solid—When strength matters most, choose solid strut channel. With no holes or slots, this channel is the least likely to bend or flex, even in long runs.

80" Long—Use with beams spaced 6 ft. (72") apart. This length leaves 4" on each end to attach the channel to a beam.

Fiberglass—Reduce the risk of shock and short circuits with channel that won’t transmit electricity. When conductivity isn’t a concern, fiberglass is good for areas exposed to chemicals and salt water.

Chemical-Resistant FRP Fiberglass

These FRP fiberglass sheets are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester with a chemical-resistant resin that allows them to be used in harsh environments. They are strong and lightweight and are often used as an alternative to wood in structural applications.

The simplest type of strut channel bracket, they're also the easiest to install and reconfigure. However, the connections are not as strong as corner brackets.

High-Temperature Chemical-Resistant Flanged Rope Seals

The PTFE coating on these fiberglass fabric seals is slippery, so they are easier than the other seals to press fit into oven, furnace, and boiler doors. The PTFE resists most acids, alkalies, refrigerants, salts, and grease. The flange is also handy for positioning over uneven gaps.

Electrically Insulating Tube Wire Sleeving

Refrigerant-Resistant Wire Sleeving

Coated in acrylic, this sleeving holds up to rapid temperature changes, and it won’t break down from refrigerants, solvents, oil, or lubricants. Also known as hermetic sleeving, it’s designed to protect wires and hose inside air-tight motors, such as those used in air conditioners. It’s made from strong and flexible fiberglass fabric, so you can bend it into tight spaces. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect. It’s compatible with potting compounds and varnishes.
