Aggressively remove material from hard, non-metallic surfaces such as ceramics, brick, stone, concrete, glass, and composites like carbon fiber and fiberglass. Harder than aluminum oxide, silicon carbide cuts effectively on brittle and abrasive materials where softer abrasives wear down quickly. The coarse 24 grit cuts fast for rough shaping, stock removal, and surface preparation.

    Belt Sanding Sticks

Access tight spots. These sticks are spring-loaded to hold a small sanding belt taut, but you can easily rotate the belt when it becomes worn. They’re color coded by grit to keep you organized. All sticks accept belts of the same width regardless of grit.

Everything you need to use your oscillating tool as a sander—great for smaller jobs that a large sander can’t accommodate. Swap out sheets on the backup pads quickly thanks to the hook and loop. These can be used with Starlock-compatible oscillating tools.
For Triangle Sheet—Triangle-shaped sheets reach into tight corners and spaces. They have holes to allow dust removal when you connect your tool to a dust extractor and vacuum system to prevent buildup of debris on the abrasive surface.
For Square Sheet—Square-shaped sheets can wrap around contoured surfaces, such as wooden rods and handrails.

No need to add a sanding sheet to your oscillating tool—these plates come with carbide abrasive already built in. Shaped for edges and corners, they’re often used in tight spaces. They work well for heavy material removal on small sanding jobs.
Starlock Mount—Starlock-mount plates can be used with any Starlock-compatible oscillating tool. Their vacuum holes let sanding dust escape during material removal so it doesn’t build up on the abrasive surface.
Open Mount—Open-mount plates have a universal mounting pattern for use with non-Starlock oscillating tools. Operate your oscillating tool at two-thirds its maximum speed when using one of these plates.

    Roughing Stones

Remove high spots and even out gouges, leaving your surface flat enough for polishing. Made with a ruby abrasive, these stones have exceptional hardness and extra coarse grit to remove material faster than standard polishing stones. They also resist wear for long-lasting use. Use these stones by hand or in power tools with a compatible holder (both sold separately). Though not required, you can apply a water-soluble or oil-based lubricant to keep debris from building up.

The ceramic alumina abrasive on these pads is sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and iron without dulling quickly. They’re often used to sand inside pipes and tubes, or to sand at an angle when reaching into corners and slots. The abrasive material on these pads continuously fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. They sand faster and last longer than aluminum oxide but require more force to abrade properly. A shank adapter (sold separately) is required.
Square Sanding Pad—Square pads sand quickly and won't leave swirl marks because of the alternating stroke of the pad corners.
Cross Sanding Pad—Cross pads allow you to see through the pad when in motion to better control material removal.

Sand inside pipes, tubes, and hard to reach corners with these pads. A shank adapter is required (sold separately). The most common abrasive material, aluminum oxide is hard enough to sand steel and wood.
Square Sanding Pad—Square pads sand quickly and won't leave swirl marks because of the alternating stroke of the pad corners.
Cross Sanding Pad—Cross pads allow you to see through the pad when in motion to better control material removal.
Slotted Sanding Pad—Slotted pads are flexible, so you can access the entire inside of a hole or tube. They are less aggressive than square and cross pads, making them the best choice for light material removal and finishing. Choose an overall width that is at least 5/8" smaller than the inside diameter of the work piece.
