Fire Alarm Horns with Strobe Light
In addition to loud beeps, these horns use flashing lights to warn you to evacuate during a fire. Connect them to your fire detection system, and a signal from your control panel will set them off. They help you comply with NFPA 72 standards for fire alarm systems.
All horns must be mounted to an outlet box: use an existing box in your facility, add an outlet box (sold separately), or choose a horn that includes an outlet box.
Low-frequency horns are better at waking sleepers than standard horns. They’re also more likely to reach individuals with hearing impairments.
Use sync modules (sold separately) to make lights in the same area flash in unison.

Fire Alarm Strobe Lights
Draw attention to fires with bright, flashing lights. Connect these lights to your fire detection system, and a signal from your control panel will trigger them. They’re often used in small spaces, where noise from bells or horns would exceed safe decibel levels, or in extremely loud areas. They help you comply with NFPA 72 standards for fire alarm systems.
All lights must be mounted to an outlet box: use an existing box in your facility, add an outlet box (sold separately), or choose a light that includes an outlet box.
Lights rated NEMA 3R are sealed to protect the wiring from dust, rain, and temperature swings. NEMA 4X-rated lights come mounted in a sealed outlet box. A gasket protects them from dust, heavy rain, temperature swings, and washdowns.
Lights with fire letter plates have legible text regardless of how you mount them. They have removable plates with text on both sides—one vertical, the other horizontal.

Fire Alarm Bells
When a fire starts, these bells ring loudly to warn you. They’re often mounted near sprinkler systems to help emergency responders locate the water hookup. Connect these bells to your fire detection system, and a signal from your control panel will set them off. They’ll ring as long as the signal is active—their motor vibrates to continuously strike the bell. They help you comply with NFPA 72 standards for fire alarm systems.
All bells can be used indoors or outdoors. Add an outlet box (sold separately) to mount the bell indoors, or mount to an existing outlet box. Outdoor outlet boxes (sold separately) are lined with gaskets that seal water out and protect the wiring from temperature swings.
