Paintable Fire-Stop Caulk

Seal small openings in fire-resistant walls and floors. Dispense cartridges using a caulk gun.
Expanding caulk expands when heated to fill voids left by melted pipes.

Watertight Fire-Stop Caulk

This caulk forms a long-lasting, flexible, watertight seal. Use it to close small openings in fire-resistant walls and floors. Dispense cartridges using a caulk gun.
Fire-Stop Putty

Hand-mold this putty to fill small openings in fire-resistant walls and floors. It expands when heated and forms an insulating char that fills gaps left by melted pipes.
The pad is commonly used to seal openings around electrical boxes.
Fire-Stop Cement

Seal openings in fire-resistant floors and walls to stop the spread of smoke and flames. Often used to fill gaps around pipes or conduit, this cement forms a rigid, tight-fitting shield. It’s heavier and messier to apply than fire-stop blocks or sheets, but it's an economical choice for covering a large area. You can also paint over this cement once it dries.
This cement comes as a powder—mix in water until you reach the consistency you need. The thicker the cement, the better it will stick to walls; thinner cement dries with a smoother finish on floors.
Cement in a pail is best for small, infrequent jobs. The pail is resealable and has a carrying handle.
Fire-Stop Pipe Collars

Slide these into the small gaps around pipes passing through fire-resistant walls and floors. Collars have a sealant that expands when heated to fill gaps left by melted pipes.
Fire-Stop Tape

Smooth this tape over holes, gaps, and seams in fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings to form a seal. It’s tested to ASTM and UL standards for stopping the spread of smoke and flames. It’s also watertight, so it prevents leaks if you need to extinguish a fire. Designed to resist vibration, this tape flexes with movement rather than cracking or pulling away from surfaces. To apply, cut to size and peel off the liner.

Fire-Stop Sheets

Cut these sheets to any size and shape you need to seal large openings in fire-resistant walls and floors. They’re often used to fill the space around pipes, conduit, and ducts. These sheets are tested to ASTM and UL standards for stopping the spread of smoke and flames. Made of steel, they have a firestop coating that expands when it’s heated. If the equipment passing through these panels melts or shrinks during a fire, this coating will fill the gaps.
Use shears to cut these panels to size, then fasten to your surface with No. 10 self-drilling sheet metal screws (not included). Fill any gaps around the sheet with fire-stop caulk (sold separately) for a tight seal. Once they’re installed, you can paint over them without losing fire protection.
Fire-Stop Bags

Stack these bags to fill large gaps in fire-resistant walls and floors. They are reconfigurable, making them useful for applications where cable configurations change frequently. Bags expand when heated to fill gaps left by melted cables.

2" | 9" | 6" | Red | 4 | UL 1479, FM Approved | 00000000 | 000000 |
Fire-Stop Plugs

Squeeze plugs into small openings in fire-resistant walls and floors. They are reconfigurable, making them useful for applications where cable configurations change frequently. Plugs expand when heated to fill gaps left by melted cable.
