    Fixture Tables for Welding

Image of System. Front orientation. Fixture Tables. Fixture Tables for Welding.
Use these tables as a foundation for welding setups. They have 5/8" unthreaded holes with 2" center-to-center spacing, so they’re compatible with clamps, stops, V-blocks, and other components. To protect tables and other components from heat and spatter, coat them in welding antispatter.

    Slotted

Slotted—Slotted tables have reversible plates—when one side becomes worn or damaged, flip them over for a fresh work surface. Swap in a replacement plate when both sides wear down. They’re also precision ground. These tables have leveling feet, which you can adjust up or down to compensate for uneven floors. Slotted tables have space between each plate to give you more clamping options.
Nitride-Coated Steel Plate—Both sides of these plates are surface ground for flatness and nitrided to resist rust, scratches, and weld spatter. They have long lifespans and require minimal maintenance.

    V-Blocks
Mount V-blocks to the table to hold round workpieces in place.
Multiple Studs—V-blocks with multiple studs slot into at least two grid holes, which keeps them from shifting when you move workpieces in or out. They have two rows of mounting holes, so you can position them at a 45° or 90° angle on your grid.
Pivoting—Pivoting V-blocks can hold both the outer and inner diameter of your workpiece. They can go from cradling the outside of a pipe at 60°, to lying completely flat, to gripping the inside of a pipe at a 60° angle.

Build custom workspaces with no drilling or tapping required. Slide in T-slot bolts or T-slot nuts with setup studs to mount work holders, light machinery, collaborative robots, and more. The T-shaped slots on these tables are spaced 50 mm apart. This is a common layout in modular workbenches used for prototyping, automation, and optical sensor setups. Adjust the leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors and create a stable base. Since tables are made of aluminum, they're nonmagnetic and won’t interfere with robotic sensors, control systems, or communication signals. They’re also lightweight and corrosion resistant for easy handling and frequent cleaning.
