Flange-Mount Immersion Heating Elements for Water

Bolt these heating elements to a matching flange welded on a container wall. They make direct liquid contact for fast and efficient heating. All accept a temperature switch with a _3/8” dia. probe (sold separately) to regulate heat output. The heating element is Incoloy for excellent corrosion resistance.

Note: Fully immerse the heating element to prevent heater failure.

A replaceable fuse cuts off power if the heating element reaches 190° F to prevent burnout and premature failure. Bolt the flange to the top of containers. Heating elements make direct liquid contact for fast and efficient heating. The heating element is 304 stainless steel for good resistance to harsh chemicals.

Note: Immerse the heating element in liquid up to at least the minimum coverage level to prevent heating element failure.

Without Temperature Control—Heating elements without temperature control require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.

Adjustable Thermostat—Heating elements with an adjustable thermostat automatically turn on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the digital keypad.
