Made of CPVC, these flanges can handle high temperatures up to 200° F. They meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water. Bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line. Also known as Pressure Class 150 flanges, they have thick, strong walls to handle heavy duty industrial plumbing and water supply applications, such as water processing and waste water treatment. Flanges have good corrosion resistance. They meet ASTM D1784 specifications and testing requirements for material quality. They are comparable to Corzan.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe flanges and pipe with compressed air or gas.
Sealants cannot be sold to Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Utah due to local regulatory limits on VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

Cap flanges are also known as blind flanges.

Fiberglass Pipe Flanges for Corrosive Chemicals
- For Use With: Acetic Acid (75%), Alcohol, Calcium Chloride, Chlorine, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Hydrochloric Acid (37%), Nitric Acid (10%), Oil, Phosphoric Acid, Salt Water (30%), Sodium Hydroxide (50%), Solvents, Sulfuric Acid (70%), Water
- Temperature Range: 32° to 200° F
- Specifications Met: ASTM D4024
Flanges have excellent corrosion resistance to handle a wide range of acids and other highly-corrosive chemicals. Use in metal surface treating applications, plating solution lines, and other chemical process applications. They are reinforced with fiberglass layers for better strength and durability than any of our other pipe flanges for chemicals. Bolt two same-size flanges together with a gasket (sold separately) to create an access point within a line. Flanges meet ASTM D4024 specifications and testing requirements for product dimensions, performance, and material quality.
To connect flanges to pipe, first sand the inside of the flange and the end of the pipe to remove the surface finish. Next, mix the adhesive (sold separately) until the color is uniform with no streaks. Apply a thin layer of mixed adhesive to the sanded area of the pipe, approximately 1/8” thick. Repeat this process with the inside of the flange, applying a layer approximately 1/16” thick. After sealant has been applied, push the flange onto the pipe until it is fully engaged. Make sure you align the bolt holes prior to installing to minimize rotation after the flange is installed. Finally, use the adhesive-curing heat cable (sold separately) to cure the adhesive. Wrap the tape around the pipe and flange at the joint, taking care to not overlap the tape. Once you have waited the full cure time, the pipe and flange will be ready to use.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe flanges and pipe with compressed air or gas.

High-Purity PVDF Pipe Fittings for Corrosive Chemicals
Made of PVDF that’s finished to a 12 Ra smoothness, these fittings handle some of the harshest chemicals without leaching contaminants into your line. They won’t accumulate particles and are easy to clean, thanks to their smoothness. Comparable to Kynar, these fittings handle most organic solvents that would dissolve CPVC, and chlorine or nitric acid that would weaken polypropylene. You can use them at higher temperatures than CPVC and polypropylene. These fittings meet UL 94 V-0 and FM standards for flame retardance. They’re also FDA compliant for direct contact with food, and they meet ASTM requirements for dimensions and tolerances.
Connect them to pipe with socket fusion welding for a strong, permanent bond. Use a socket fusion tool with a heater bushing (sold separately) that matches your pipe size.

Minimal-Spill Push-and-Turn Hose Couplings for Chemicals

Quickly connect and disconnect hose lines used with a variety of chemicals, from adhesives to isopropyl alcohol and ink. Any part of these couplings that contacts fluid is made from 316 stainless steel, C-276 Hastelloy, PTFE, or fluoroelastomer to withstand the chemicals in your line. Tough enough to handle frequent use, these couplings are designed to be virtually spill free. Also known as dry disconnects and double-shut off couplings, both the plug and the socket have a shut-off valve that stops the flow of liquids when they’re separated. To connect, push the plug into the socket and lock with a quarter turn. The socket swivels, so you won’t have to twist your hose to attach the plug. It also has a rubber lip and large handles to prevent damage if it’s dropped.
A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately). They’re compatible with MannTek, Avery Hardoll, Todo-matic, and other dry-disconnect couplings that meet NATO standard STANAG 3756.
316 stainless steel couplings have excellent corrosion resistance.
