    Ramps

    These scales are NTEP approved as legal for trade and have an IP69K rated load cell for use in washdown environments. They withstand exposure to dust and moisture, including the frequent high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns commonly used in outdoor industrial environments, food processing facilities, and chemical plants. Plus, the scale-to-display junction box meets NEMA 4X standards for protection against washdowns and corrosion.
    Also known as platform scales, these have a low profile so you only need to lift heavy objects 3" off the ground. Their stainless steel construction and a ribbed structural underside give them the necessary support to weigh thousands of pounds at a time. To keep items in place, a diamond tread on the platform provides slip resistance. The load cells in these scales are FM approved, so they’ve been tested for quality and safety by Factory Mutual.
    Subtract the weight of a container with the tare function to weigh only the material inside. Use the counting mode to keep a running tally of how many items are on the scale.
    Mount the remote display at a distance on a workstation, column, or wall—the connecting cable is 22 feet long. The backlit display features 1"-tall digits for easy reading.
    Ramps—Install ramps to slide or wheel heavy loads onto scales. If you install two ramps, they must be on opposite ends.

    Weighing and Counting Pallet Truck Scales

    Weigh and transport pallets with one machine. These trucks have a built-in scale with a check-weight mode and alarm to signal out-of-range loads. The counting mode registers inventory while you add or remove parts from your pallet.
    These trucks have a zero-radius pivoting handle to maneuver loads in tight spaces. Choose from raise, lower, and neutral on the handle to control the hydraulic pumps and position pallets. The trucks’ forks are rounded and have rollers and load wheels to easily slide into pallets. The polyurethane wheels are nonmarring, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing, so they can be used on all types of floors and areas with debris.
    A backlit display shows measurements in bright or low-light conditions. It includes an RS-232 connection to send readings to a computer.

    Pallet Beam Floor Scales

    Rather than a platform, these scales have two separate beams to help you weigh containers, platforms, pallets, and cages. Set them up to 15 ft. apart to weigh material of all shapes and sizes. Pick them up by the handle and roll them into place with the wheel on the front of each beam. With a slim profile, they fit under pallet jacks so that large loads can simply be lifted and set on the scale.
    Scales include rechargeable batteries, so you can operate them in areas without electricity. Or, you can use the included adapter to plug them into an outlet and run them constantly. Each measurement will display on the LCD screen. To track and analyze measurements over time, transfer your data to a computer by connecting an RS-232 cord (not included).
