Precision Flow-Adjustment Valves with Compression Fittings
The compression sleeve on these valves bites into tubing as you tighten the nut, forming a strong seal. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. All have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations.
Valves with packing have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks.

On/Off Valves with Compression Fittings
A compression sleeve bites into tubing as you tighten the nut, forming a strong seal.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass valves.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flow Transmitters for Air

Calibrated for compressed air, these transmitters send flow-rate readings to data recorders, loggers, and displays. They have compression tube connections that bite down on hard metal and plastic tubing for a secure seal. The digital display shows the flow rate, so these transmitters can also be used as flowmeters. Fittings are 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

Plastic Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air and Water

Lighter in weight than their metal counterparts, these quick-disconnect couplings are plastic. They consist of a plug and a socket that allow you to frequently connect and disconnect your line.
Latch-lock sockets disconnect by pressing the latch.
Acetal plugs and sockets are moisture resistant, so they won’t absorb water and lose strength, even in high-humidity environments. Plug and Sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so air or water won’t spill from your line.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.

Brass Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air

- Temperature Range: 0° to 180° F
- Tubing: Use with hard polyethylene plastic or polypropylene plastic
An all-brass body gives these quick-disconnect couplings better durability than plastic quick-disconnect couplings. They’re nickel plated for very good corrosion resistance. Couplings consist of a plug and a socket that join with a latch, so you can easily connect and disconnect your line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket; to disconnect, press the latch and remove the plug.
Plugs and sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so air won’t leak from your line.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.

High-Pressure Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air

Not only do these chrome-plated brass couplings have excellent corrosion resistance, they also withstand pressures up to 250 psi. Couplings consist of a plug and a socket (sold separately) that join with a latch, so you can frequently connect and disconnect your line. To connect, insert the plug into the socket; to disconnect, press the latch on the socket and remove the plug.
