Single-Flange On/Off Valves

Bolt these valves to pipe and pump flanges to start and stop flow before pump maintenance without draining your system. They attach to industry-standard two-bolt flanges on circulation pumps from manufacturers such as Bell and Gossett, Taco, Grundfos, and Armstrong. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Valves with lever handles give you the most leverage to easily open and close valves quickly. They come with an optional T-handle.
Valves with 1/2" dia. bolt holes fit standard pumps.

Easy-Maintenance On/Off Valves with Press-Connect Fittings

Clean and repair these valves without removing their permanent, crimped connections. They have a three-piece bolted body that disassembles for access to internal components. For a leak-tight seal between the fittings and metal tubing, use a crimping tool—no heat or soldering required. These valves meet NSF/ANSI 61, so they’re safe for use in drinking water systems. To prevent tampering, lock the handle in place with a padlock (not included). All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Copper tube size is the accepted designation of the copper tubing industry, not the actual tube OD.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

On/Off Valves with Press-Connect Fittings
Crimp these valves to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection that doesn’t require heat or soldering. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow. Choose a crimping tool based on your valve's compatibility: Viega ProPress or Viega MegaPress.
Bronze valves resist corrosion better than brass and zinc-nickel-plated steel valves. Zinc-nickel-plated steel valves are stronger and more durable than brass and bronze valves, so they last longer. 316 stainless steel valves have excellent corrosion resistance.
Valves with EPDM rubber seals are often found in water-processing lines, fire sprinklers, and heating and cooling systems. Compared to valves with Buna-N rubber seals, these valves better handle soapy solutions and temperature fluctuations. Valves with Buna-N rubber seals stand up to water, oil, fuel, and lubricants, so they work well in fuel gas systems and air lines. They meet ANSI standards for fuel gas systems and comply with the International Fuel Gas Code.
Fix lockable lever handles in place using a padlock (not included).
Double-tee valves isolate flow between two pipe ends—no additional fittings needed. Fewer fittings in your line mean fewer leak paths to worry about.
Valves that meet ASME B31 code requirements adhere to standards for pressure piping systems.
Valves with GHT threads are compatible with any garden hose and fittings. They come in one standard size. All include a cap to protect against dirt and debris. It's connected to the valve to keep it from getting lost when the valve is in use.

For a permanent, leak-tight connection that doesn’t require heat or soldering, these valves have press-connect fittings that crimp to copper tubing. Install them with a press-connect crimping tool (sold separately). These valves meet NSF/ANSI 61 for use in drinking water systems. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Valves with a threaded union are easy to install and remove without disrupting your line. They’re great for systems that need regular cleaning or maintenance. Just twist the union fitting to connect or disconnect—no need to turn the whole valve. The union fitting slides over your pipe, and the threaded fitting sits inside. The threads are galvanized steel to prevent corrosion when joining different metals, such as copper tubing to galvanized steel fittings often found on hot water heaters.
Valves with a barbed end connect to tubing with a ring and a crimping tool (both sold separately). They have multiple barbs that grip onto tubing for a secure hold.
Valves with GHT threads are compatible with all standard garden hoses and fittings. They come with a hose cap to keep dirt from entering the valve; it’s attached with a chain to keep it from getting lost when not in use.

Gradual On/Off Valves with Press-Connect Fittings

For a leak-tight connection, crimp the press-connect fittings on these valves to metal tubing with a crimping tool (not included)—no heat or soldering required. The fittings are comparable to Viega fittings. These valves open and close gradually as the wheel handle turns, preventing sudden starts and stops of flow. They’re also known as gate valves. Made of bronze, they have good corrosion resistance.
Valves with a nonrising stem keep the handle in the same position whether they’re open or closed. They’re often used in low-clearance locations.
Valves with a rising stem lift up the handle as they open and lower it as they close. At a glance, you can see if flow is on or off. The stem is isolated from what’s flowing through your line, giving these valves a longer lifespan than valves with a nonrising stem.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Gradual On/Off Valves with Press-Connect Fittings for Drinking Water

For a leak-tight connection in drinking water lines without heat or soldering, crimp the fittings on these valves to metal tubing with a press-connect crimping tool (sold separately). The fittings are comparable to Viega fittings. Also known as gate valves, they open and close gradually to prevent damage to your system from sudden changes in flow. Safe for use in drinking water systems, these valves meet NSF/ANSI 61. They have good corrosion resistance since they’re made of bronze.
Valves with nonrising stems fit well underground and in other low-clearance places since the handle doesn’t move up when the valve opens.
Valves with rising stems let you see at a glance whether flow is on or off. The handle rises as the valve opens and lowers as it closes. The stem stays separate from the material flowing through your line, reducing corrosion so they last longer than valves with nonrising stems. With a long lifespan, you can use them for critical lines and lines that need to be opened and closed frequently.
