On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings
Solder these valves to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves.
Lever handles are easy to open and close—they give you more leverage than T-handles. The lever’s position shows you if these valves are open or closed. Fix lockable lever handles in place using a padlock (not included) with a shackle diameter up to 9/32”. T-handles resist accidental movement when snagged or bumped.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Easy-to-Install On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Air, Oil, Steam, Water
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
Install these valves in lines that require frequent maintenance or cleaning. They give you a leak-tight, permanent solder connection to your tubing with the ease of a union fitting to install them without disrupting your line. Before you install the valve, slide the union fitting over your tube, then solder the solder fittings to your tubing.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solder-Connect On/Off Valves with Gauge Port and Strainer

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Oil, Water
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: ASME B16.22
Monitor and maintain flow quality from a single valve. These valves have gauge ports, a strainer, and a drain built in. Gauge ports let you take pressure, temperature, and other measurements in your line. A strainer traps debris to keep it out of your system, and a drain lets you release fluid and debris. These valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Thanks to their solder-connect union fitting, these valves are especially useful in lines that require frequent maintenance and cleaning. Slide the union nut on the tube and solder the solder-connect fittings to your line for a permanent, leak-tight connection. You can then connect and disconnect the line with a turn of the union fitting.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings for Drinking Water
Solder these valves to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection. They meet NSF/ANSI 61 for use with drinking water. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Tee valves can be installed in your line to drain or fill your system without disassembling connections or additional fittings. They help minimize leak points.
Bronze valves are stronger and more durable than brass valves for a longer life.
Valves with a threaded union are easy to install and remove without disrupting your line. They’re a good choice for lines that require frequent maintenance or cleaning. Turn the union fitting to connect or disconnect them, instead of turning the entire valve. The union fitting slides over your pipe, and the threaded fitting sits inside.
Valves with GHT threads are compatible with any garden hose and fittings. They come in one standard size. All include a cap to protect against dirt and debris. It’s connected to the valve to keep it from getting lost when the valve is in use.
Copper tube size is the accepted designation of the copper tubing industry, not the actual tube OD.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solder-Connect Fittings for Drinking Water

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Drinking Water
- Seal Material: Fluoroelastomer Rubber
- Specifications Met: NSF/ANSI 61
Service these valves without cutting soldered connections. The three-piece bolted body disassembles to access internal components, so you can clean and repair these valves without removing them from your line. Solder to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection. These valves meet NSF/ANSI 61 for safe use in drinking water systems. All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
Copper tube size is the accepted designation of the copper tubing industry, not the actual tube OD.

On/Off Valves with Barbed Fittings for Drinking Water

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Drinking Water
- Seal Material: EPDM Rubber
- Specifications Met: NSF/ANSI 61
Connect these valves to tubing with a ring and a crimping tool (both sold separately). Compatible with Viega PEX tubing, they have multiple barbs that grip onto tubing for a secure hold. They meet the strict standards of NSF/ANSI 61, so they’re safe to use with drinking water. Made of metal, these valves are more durable than plastic valves and withstand higher temperatures.
Valves with a solder-connect end give you a permanent, leak-tight connection to copper tubing. Also known as sweat fittings. Copper tube size is the accepted designation of the copper tubing industry, not the actual OD.

On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings for Refrigerant

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Refrigerant
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: UL Listed, C-UL Listed, CE Marked
Install these valves in HVAC and refrigeration systems to control CO₂. They are operated with a wrench to give you the leverage needed to manage the flow of highly pressurized gases common in refrigeration systems. Because they require a wrench, these valves can’t be opened accidentally when bumped or snagged. Solder them to metal tubing for a permanent, leak-tight connection. To monitor pressure or fluid flow, attach a gauge to the port. The port can also be used to drain and divert liquid. These valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Motor-Driven On/Off Valves with Solder-Connect Fittings

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Water, Steam
- Seal Material : Buna-N Rubber
- Specifications Met: C-UL Listed, UL Listed
Slide copper pipe into the solder-connect fittings on these valves and weld for a strong, permanent connection. They’re often used for remote on/off control in heating and cooling systems. All operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. Valves do not require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation. They are normally closed unless actuated. All are standard port, so they slightly restrict flow.
The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. The manual override allows you to operate the valve during power outages.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solder-Connect Balancing Valves

- Valve Type: Ball
- For Use With: Water
- Seal Material: EPDM Rubber
- Specifications Met: CSA Certified
Attach these balancing valves using solder—they help you measure the difference in pressure across the valve and adjust the flow rate to system components. Also known as circuit setters, they’re often used in systems that need an even distribution of flow, such as HVAC systems. To check what percentage they’re open, there’s an arrow on these valves that’s connected to their measuring plate. There are readout ports on both sides for connecting flow measurement tools, such as pressure gauges and probes, which help you track how much the valves reduce flow. Use the memory shutoff function to open them to a saved setting.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
