Moisture-Resistant Food and Beverage Open Gear and Chain Grease

Made with moisture-resistant aluminum thickener, this grease resists washing off and reduces corrosion in wet environments while still lubricating under heavy loads. It is NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact. Tackier than gear box grease, it sticks to open gears and roller chain.

Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range.

2.5 NLGI Grade—NLGI 2.5 is between the consistencies of peanut butter and vegetable shortening.

Krytox™ GPL 207—Chemours Krytox™ GPL 207 is chemically inert, can be used with oxygen, handles extreme temperature swings, and is long lasting with an indefinite shelf life. The PTFE thickener reduces friction and helps the grease maintain lubricity.

2 NLGI Grade—NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.

Nonmelting—Nonmelting grease can be used at temperatures above the maximum temperature briefly, but then will break down more quickly.

Made with moisture-resistant thickeners, this grease stays in place in wet environments. It is NSF registered H1 and FDA compliant for incidental food contact.

Aluminum Thickener—Grease with aluminum thickener has excellent oxidation resistance.

Calcium Sulfonate Thickener—Grease with calcium sulfonate thickener offers excellent oxidation resistance and withstands a wider range of temperatures than grease with aluminum thickener. Made with zinc alloy, it neutralizes acid and is a good replacement for leaded grease. It can lubricate under heavy pressure and high loads.
