For use in food-processing applications, this thermometer meets NSF/ANSI standards and includes a thermocouple probe with a pointed tip to pierce dense meats and frozen foods. The housing meets IP07 for protection from temporary submersion.

Check the temperature of liquids in hygienic applications such as food or pharmaceutical lines and tanks.
