Metal-Detectable Spray Bottles

Spray liquids around your food processing plant while reducing the risk of contaminating the food. These spray bottles have metal additives in the spray head and on the label that can be picked up by a metal detector if the bottles—or any piece of the spray head or label—fall into your line. The spray head is also bright blue, so it’s easy to spot. Use these bottles to help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs for food safety.

An adjustable nozzle lets you pick the spray that’s right for your job, from a mist to a stream. The trigger has a three-finger grip for comfort and less fatigue during extended use. The label has a checklist and write-on area for easy identification of contents.

Beverage Dispensers

Often used in break rooms and cafeterias, these dispensers make it easy to serve beverages to a few people or a crowd.

Styles A and B are suitable for both hot and cold drinks. They are insulated to keep beverages at the desired temperature for an extended period of time. Style A have a thumb trigger for drip-free pouring. Style B have a pump-style lever for easy, controlled dispensing.

Styles C and D are for cold beverages. They meet NSF/ANSI standards. Style D have a faucet for dispensing. Add ice to one tube in the reservoir to keep beverages cold and fresh fruit to the other tube to infuse beverages.

Beverage Coolers

In the plant or in the field, these coolers keep refreshments cold for hours.

Drinking water coolers can be paired with a mounting bracket to place them on a vehicle or wall. The mounting bracket has a strap to secure the cooler. Add a cup dispenser to 3-, 5-, and 10-gallon coolers to keep cups nearby.

Gatorade coolers include a spoon for mixing drinks. 7- and 10-gallon coolers come with a cup dispenser that holds 3 1/4" diameter cups. Use the mobile stand to easily transport coolers and to keep extra cups and Gatorade mix on hand.

Metal- and X-Ray-Detectable Dispensers for Wipes
