Standard bases have support legs directly under the lifting arms, so they’re more compact than straddle bases. They work with open-bottom pallets or skids.
Foot-Pedal Adjustment—Trucks with a foot pedal have a single-speed hydraulic pump to raise and lower loads.
Hand-Crank Adjustment—Trucks with a hand crank adjust with a turn.
Adjustable Fork—Adjustable forks can be positioned wider or narrower to fit a wide range of pallets, skids, and loads of various sizes.
Reversible Fork—Reversible forks can be inverted to gain additional lifting height.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel—Polyurethane rubber wheels are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Rubber Wheel—Rubber wheels absorb shock, are quiet, and roll over smooth or rough surfaces.

Lift and lower heavy loads with the push of a button—these trucks have a battery-powered hydraulic pump. They’re easier to use than manual lift trucks, since you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can also make finer height adjustments to position loads exactly where you need them. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck make steering and pivoting easy. Adjust the width of the forks to fit pallets, skids, and other loads in many sizes.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Counterbalanced Base—Counterbalanced bases require counterbalance weights (sold separately) to offset loads. Unlike straddle bases, they don’t have front-facing legs that can get in the way when you’re loading or unloading racks, trucks, or machinery.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—Adjustable-width straddle bases have front-facing legs that sit on either side of your load for support. You can adjust the width to fit them around open and closed-bottom pallets.
Pivoting Handle—Those with a pivoting handle give you better leverage and control in tight spaces. The handle adjusts up or down.

Let these trucks do the lifting for you. A hydraulic pump raises and lowers loads at the touch of a button while a throttle controls forward and reverse speed. An automatic brake stops the truck when the handle is released. The truck also has a safety button that automatically reverses the direction of travel if the truck comes in contact with an obstacle. Operates for eight hours on a full charge when used intermittently. A discharge indicator lets you know when batteries need charging. The polyurethane wheels absorb shock to roll over rough floors and areas with debris.

Hydraulic pumps on these trucks help you easily raise and move pallets. The forks are rounded and have a cutout for the load wheels. The handle has a three-position hand control (raise, lower, and neutral). A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Fixed Fork—Trucks with fixed forks have entry and exit rollers, as well as load wheels.
Adjustable Fork—Trucks with adjustable forks handle more pallet sizes than trucks with fixed forks. They have entry glides, exit rollers, and load wheels.
Galvanized Steel Body—Galvanized pallet trucks are often used in clean rooms and cold rooms. They resist corrosion.
Nylon Wheel—Nylon wheels are nonmarking, durable, and work well on smooth surfaces.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel—Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing. Use them on all types of floors, even if there’s debris.
Steel Wheel—Steel wheels are rugged but noisy and can damage floors. They roll best on smooth surfaces.
Hand Brake—Trucks with a hand brake require less effort to slow down and stop than trucks without a hand brake. Use them on inclines and in crowded locations. They have load wheels on both sides of their axles, as well as entry rollers. The load wheels also pivot to serve as exit rollers.

Move loads around your facility, then use the hydraulic pump to lift them to a comfortable working height. Trucks have polyurethane wheels to absorb shock when rolling over rough floors or in areas with debris.
Note: Use with open-bottom pallets only.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Style A—Style A have a hydraulic pump that raises the load when you step on the foot pedal. A lever controls lowering. The steer wheels swivel for better maneuverability; one has a wheel brake to prevent movement when using the truck as a lift table. A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection.
Style B—Style B have a two-speed hydraulic pump that raises and lowers loads when you squeeze the handle lever.

As you pump the handle, the steer wheels start rotating and accelerate the truck. A hydraulic pump lets you easily raise and move pallets. A hand grip directs the acceleration so the truck starts easily whether you are pushing or pulling. The truck also has precision steering and rounded forks with entry and exit rollers, and a cutout for load wheels. The handle has a three-position hand control (raise, lower, and neutral). A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection. The polyurethane wheels absorb shock to roll over rough floors and areas with debris.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Motor-Driven Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Lift Trucks. Motor-Driven Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks.
Fully powered to do the heavy lifting and moving for you. A motorized throttle controls forward and reverse movement, while a battery-powered hydraulic pump raises and lowers loads with the push of a button. The powered drive makes these trucks ideal for moving loads long distances in your facility. Compared to manual lift trucks, they offer greater control and more precise adjustments. These trucks include a built-in charger that plugs into a standard wall outlet.
The narrow mast provides a clear view for loading and maneuvering into position. These trucks glide on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—These trucks have adjustable-width straddle legs that fit around both open- and closed-bottom pallets. You can also make the forks narrower or wider to slide them right under your load.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel—They have polyurethane rubber wheels that are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbent.

Replace worn or damaged forks, or switch to a different length. These forklift forks meet Industrial Truck Association (ITA) standards for mounting to Class 2 or Class 3 forklifts. Slide each fork onto your carriage and lock in place with a pin. Once installed, the pin keeps them from moving side to side. These forks have tapered tips, so they’re easy to guide into pallet slots.

Weighing and Counting Pallet Truck Scales

Weigh and transport pallets with one machine. These trucks have a built-in scale with a check-weight mode and alarm to signal out-of-range loads. The counting mode registers inventory while you add or remove parts from your pallet.
These trucks have a zero-radius pivoting handle to maneuver loads in tight spaces. Choose from raise, lower, and neutral on the handle to control the hydraulic pumps and position pallets. The trucks’ forks are rounded and have rollers and load wheels to easily slide into pallets. The polyurethane wheels are nonmarring, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing, so they can be used on all types of floors and areas with debris.
A backlit display shows measurements in bright or low-light conditions. It includes an RS-232 connection to send readings to a computer.

Shift loads off pallets and into containers from the safety of your forklift. A long cable extends from the top of these dumpers to your seat—pull it to release a latch and tip the front of the dumper. A hook at the end of each arm keeps the pallet from sliding off. Once you’ve dumped the load, lower your forks to the ground to straighten the pallet and latch the dumper back together.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.

Crank the handle to raise and lower loads. They have forks for lifting pallets. A brake holds the load in place. A standard winch moves the load. Engage the wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion-resistant, and shock-absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Telescoping Mast—Telescoping masts on these trucks allow you to lift loads higher than with standard lift trucks and roll through doorways in the upright position.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—Adjustable-width bases better straddle pallets and other items for easier access to the load.
Four Swivel Casters—Four swivel casters make these lift trucks easy to maneuver.
Maximum Fork Height—Maximum fork height is based on the number of mast sections used or the amount of telescoping.

Check the weight of your load without leaving your forklift. These forks have an embedded scale that uses Bluetooth to send measurements. The scale has tilt compensation, so it's accurate even if your forklift's mast is not perfectly vertical. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display onto your forklift’s dashboard or mast. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
Use these forks with any forklift equipped with an Industrial Truck Association (ITA) Class II carriage. They slide into forklift pockets just like any other forks. To minimize downtime, each fork has its own battery that lasts up to 75 hours on a single charge.
Warning: Distribute your load evenly across the forks to prevent overloading one side or the tips. Never use to lift people or items over people.

With the press of a button, they raise loads from ground level to trailer height. Once the load is in place, manually retract the legs to move them out of the way, then press the button again to lift the truck inside the trailer. Engage the wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Battery-Operated High-Reach Lift Trucks with Forks

Image of Product. Back orientation. Lift Trucks. Battery-Operated High-Reach Lift Trucks with Forks.
A battery-powered hydraulic pump does the lifting, so you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can make finer height adjustments than manual lift trucks, so these trucks are good for precise positioning on assembly lines or in warehouses. Plug them into any standard wall outlet to charge the battery.
Two swivel casters at the rear of the truck make steering and pivoting easy.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Telescoping Mast—With a telescoping mast, these trucks can raise loads over 11 ft. high—nearly twice as high as standard lift trucks—yet still fit through doorways when upright.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—These trucks have adjustable-width straddle legs that fit around both open- and closed-bottom pallets. You can also make the forks narrower or wider to slide them right under your load.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel—The wheels are polyurethane rubber, so they’re nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbent. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.

    Remote Digital Display

Weigh materials sold by weight right from your forklift—these forks have an embedded scale that’s NTEP certified for accuracy. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display to your forklift’s dashboard or mast. The scale uses Bluetooth to send measurements. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
To measure the weight of your load alone, place an empty pallet on the forks and press the tare button. Then either load up the pallet or remove it and pick up a different, pre-loaded pallet with the forks. The scale also has tilt compensation, so it’s accurate even if the mast is not perfectly vertical.
