To install stem-mount casters, tap a hole in the end of a vertical T-slotted rail and screw in the stem.
Plate/stem mount casters can be installed in a T-slot or in a tapped hole at the end of a rail.
Casters with polyurethane wheels combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the impact resistance of rubber.

Extended-height bracket-mount casters install on the side of vertical T-slotted rails without needing to tap holes. They have a longer rod than standard bracket-mount casters, letting you mount them higher up the rail.

Static control corner-mount casters have a wheel that dissipates static to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge. They mount to corners with three of the four included fasteners and also work as a structural bracket to join two T-slotted rails.

Leveling casters have a leveling pad that you can adjust to keep mobile T-slotted structures stationary and to compensate for uneven floors. Leveling casters with a retraction pedal let you switch your T-slotted structure between stationary and mobile.

Hydraulic lift casters allow you to move heavy equipment, then set it in place on leveling feet. To use, mount the casters and pump on T-slotted framing and connect the casters to the pump with the included tubing. Use the hand crank to raise and lower the casters.

Clamp-On Framing and Fittings
Fittings come in two pieces to clasp over rails, making assembly and disassembly quicker than our other framing. Use it to form temporary partitions, modular conveyors, and workstations. To assemble, clamp fittings onto the rail and tighten the included cap screw and nut. For permanent connections and added strength, fittings have a 5/32" hole to drill in an additional screw (not included).

Stem Casters with Mounting Holes for Scaffolds
The large stem on these casters fits into scaffold frames and round tubing. All casters have a total lock that brakes the wheel and locks the swivel in one operation.
All wheels have an iron core for strength. Rubber treads are shock absorbing and provide good traction on rough surfaces. Polyurethane treads combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock-absorbing qualities of rubber. They can be used on smooth and rough floors and in areas with debris.
Roller wheel bearings provide smooth rolling and are shielded to resist dust and debris. Casters have double-ball swivel bearings for the smoothest swiveling.
